Cheap is pretty relative term. I consider some figures cheap even if they cost more or retail for loose if I missed out on them. It all depends on your funds and budget and who you want.

For me i have certain tastes
For elites i mainly collect flashbacks, but once in a while I'll get a current roster guy for my elite collection, but I mostly get basics for the main roster guys.
First time in line figures are a most.
And i also like to keep my basic collection updated with wrestlers current looks.
