You had better enjoy NXT as much as you can....no doubt Vince will catch on to how quality it is and turn it back into a reality show competition....I have no doubt in my mind they will meddle with it sooner or later and you'll have a Total Divas clone....so long as Vince is in control. Lolnope. Total Divas costs roughly $500k per episode, covered by the rights fees that E! pays. WWE has nowhere near that budget for an episode of NXT, particularly as it runs every week and is a development territory whose entire purpose is getting talent ready for TV.

Good God that was long...
I skimmed most of it, all I can say is the old "don't like it, don't watch it!"
...but you will anyway.

God, nxt fans can be the most annoying smarks sometimes. "Nxt rules, wwe sucks, why isn't nxt on TV 30 hours a week, blah blah blah" If you don't like raw don't watch the dang product, nobody is forcing you to watch and you say it's a pain to watch, well then what's stopping you from flipping the channel? I just don't get it.

Look at what NXT originally was- a reality show style competiton....even if it's the top show on the network it'll prob. Be changed around yet again at some point soon... They'll keep a developmental territory like they always have but I won't be surprised if they mess with what they have right now with NXT...

Look at what NXT originally was- a reality show style competiton.... Yes, when FCW was the development territory and NXT was a C show taped prior to Smackdown. If you look at the Full Sail setup, and the massive financial commitment they've made to the Performance Center and the NXT system, and come up with "urrrr NXT is gonna be the new Total Divas" then I don't know what to tell you other than you are utterly, utterly wrong.

If you're a pro wrestling fan, WWE will not sate you in any way...you have to look elsewhere I'm afraid...

I think about 90% of your threads/posts are complaints. Just stop watching already if all you're gonna do is complain, it's as simple as that.

It is really just the announcing messing up the main product, if they would talk about the match it, and limit the product plugging and dumb jokes it would be pretty good. Corey graves is really impressive after only two shows at the announcing table, I also enjoy Albert announcing as well. Albert talks about the match and the feel of the area a while getting in a joke or two that is clever. While the current main team just has horrible humor and rarely talks about the matches.

The current RAW announcing team must go! Their so dreadful to listen. But that wont fix the problem. 3 Hours waaaayyyyy too long Same matches every week Then you have 2 hours of Smackdown on thursdays.... Which is basically a rehashed b version of The previous Monday Night Raw.

The three hour Raw is also fine, they just need to format it better, like Nitro used to be. give the first hour to the Iva's and lower card guys, the second hour to the mid carders and the last hour to the upper mid carders and main eventers . stop with all the freaking moments ago recaps, we just watched it five minutes ago. Use those first two hours to build mid carders and new main eventers. Jericho would not have been a star today if not for getting that time on Nitro to run with. for all we know Heath Slater could be a Shawn Michaels or Jericho waiting to happen,, but we will never know because he never gets any stories to actually show us his talents. similar to Tyson Kidd, we all knew he could go in the ring but he has become a pretty good character with his time to shine in NXT, let Ryder and Titus and Bo Dallas , the new day ect the first and second hour to show us their stuff.

Love this! Too bad McMahon is delusional and doesn't understand what the fans want anymore. He would rather give the second hour to Larry the Cable Guy and a Random 6 man tag team.

I'm surprised I didn't hear about that. But anyway, the gist of my rant is that the WWE fans need to some responsibly for the terrible product. If you all keep supporting garbage, they'll keep producing garbage.

But anyway, the gist of my rant is that the WWE fans need to some responsibly for the terrible product. If you all keep supporting garbage, they'll keep producing garbage. I was just kidding. I read the original post and tried to be mildly funny. I don't disagree with you necessarily. It's a catch 22. Like in legit sports, some fans only watch for the big hits and possible injuries. The hurt player will comment after the fact that the league will do nothing while people keep watching. Steady ratings are steady ratings after all. That said if those ratings dropped enough a message would be sent clearly. I'm also of the Steve Austin opinion of going out there and getting things done. It seems like the current roster is content to take the script and follow it verbatim each week. Punk says he would trash the script and do what he felt was best during his run (he also claims that he was just doing what he was told at the end, but that's a contradiction for another time) and I'm sure that didn't do the rest of the talent any favors, but there must be ways for these guys to go out and tweek things to suit their own personalities and get the fans behind it. I'm sure DB was thrilled at the idea of chanting YES! to irritate the fans, but he made that his own and look where it got him. Y'know, before the neck deal and all. And I could go on for a while about a years worth of writing gone with Punk's departure and several key stars going out with injuries within a 2 month time span, but that's a different story too. So I'm saying the problems are a lot of little things that add up to some difficult to watch programming. Minor adjustments to key issues could prove invaluable. And letting that Hunter fellow that runs NXT have a bigger hand in the show probably couldn't hurt either.

Yeah, the guys who are main eventing PPVs in singles matches in December are always forgotten three months later and left off the following year's WrestleMania. Dean Ambrose is one of WWE's top guys. It takes a special kind of delusion to think he won't be in a featured spot on Mania 31.

Ryback -- whose gimmick at the time was "Goldberg who loses when it counts" -- had a featured singles match with Mark Henry, yes. Mark Henry who was a strong enough heel that a few months later at Money in the Bank, he faced Cena and outdrew Pipebomb Punk vs Cena from 2011. Having a singles match with a strong opponent is very much not the same as "lucky to be in the battle royal" -- of course, Ambrose could fall that far by Mania 32, but even then it's very, very unlikely.
