Gimmick PPVs I'd get rid of, except for a few. I'd only have the WWE Title defended at the big 4 and a few PPVs in-between. Similar to how NJPW does their shows. Build up the Intercontinental and United States titles that way.

Considering that's pretty much the WWE Titles schedule right now, and everybody from casual fans to the smarks hate it, I'd say it's not working.

The difference is I'd have the champion still compete on the card. I'd only have it defended once every two or so months to try and make it exciting. The NXT Title is defended at their big shows every few months and an episode or two in between and I always find it much more exciting than having a title defense every four weeks. Just an idea.

I would be all in favour of some ppvs not ha Ing a world title main event this will hype the next match where the world title is defended, make a title shot seem more valuable, and to help showcase the mid-card titles and superstars while the world title is taking a back seat.

Well here's a thought and I'm sure this has been brought up before. But if there gunna make smackdown watchable again in 2015 then a simple solution is to do a brand split.
You will still have ppv every month but go back to separate raw and ppv. Atleast we have the network now so if there's only say one match on the raw ppv you wanna watch you don't have to shell out ;50 bucks.
I kinda liked the idea of having exclusive ppvs except when the big 4 came around. But storylines would still get that extra month.

I wish the Feb PPV just built something to Wrestlemania. It seems like its just a boring dull PPV that sits between to great ones. However, I still dont want to move the Rumble. Maybe get rid of the PPV for Feb and just do a Saturday Nights Main Event type thing in Feb on the Network.

Jan - Royal Rumble late March/early April - Wrestlemania June - Money in the Bank Aug - Summerslam Late Sept/early Oct - No Mercy late Nov - Survivor Series 6 PPV's a year with roughly 5-6 weeks preparation in between, sometimes more. It may make the creative team do their jobs and actually be creative. The PPV's that suffered the most this year were Hell in a Cell and TLC because they were only 3 weeks after the one before. No proper build up for most of the under card made people not care. If they spaced out the events, they would have time to think about all the matches on each card. It will never happen, but it would help IMO. This thread should have stopped here.

I miss the days that we would just have IYH with the strapline being based on what was happening in the main event storyline for that specific event. What would be wrong with IYH events with the big five staying the same: Royal Rumble In Your House WrestleMania In Your House In Your House Money In The Bank In Your House SummerSlam In Your House In Your House Survivor Series In Your House A bit of diversity would be nice and it would force WWE to do some forward planning. This. The WWE product is so boring and stale already without us knowing the exact match types that will happen at every PPV. Build consistent storylines and name the minor PPV's accordingly. Maybe that would require too much thought for modern writers though....
