So we've heard rumblings of "Elimination Chamber" being gone and replaced with "Fast Lane / Track" Presumably so Micheal Cole can tell us all to hash tag "Fast Lane to WreslteMania" or something equally as lame.
How would we all feel if they moved the Royal Rumble to February? Personally I think it'd be a great idea, I've never seen the point of having a PPV in between RR and WM you've already got the Main event for wrestlemania from the results of RR if the champion loses at EC/Fast Lane, then it's gonna be a triple threat. I just really dont like the 2 month "build"
Have Bad Blood (In place of TLC) because there's usually still some "bad blood" between superstars following the 10 man tag (Survivor Series) which get carried over to the next PPV. Then TLC in the royal rumbles place THEN Royal Rumble (in place of Elimination Chamber) and finally WrestleMania

If they go back to Aremegeddon, Bad BLood, Over the Edge etc. creative will have to roll up they're sleeves and get creative with matches every month. As it stands they cab just paint by number-'Okay it's TLC everyone has a weapons match', Okay, it's Extreme Rules every match is hardcore' and so on....

I like having a PPV in between the Rumble and WM. Here would be how I'd book PPV's:
Jan- Royal Rumble Feb- No Way Out Mar- WrestleMania Apr- Backlash May- Extreme Rules June- Judgement Day Jul- Money in the Bank Aug- SummerSlam Sep- Bad Blood Oct- No Mercy Nov- Survivor Series Dec- Armageddon

Eh tradition is rumbles in January. I personally don't mind the fast track name. I don't think that "we are on the fast track to Wrestlemania" sounds half bad

i like having a Pay-Per-View in February to take care of things that need to be ironed out before Wrestlemania (straggling feuds that carried into the Rumble, etc.) I'm all for getting as many gimmick Pay-Per-Views off the schedule as possible, though.

First off, WWE doesn't need a PPV every month. That gives no time to build an interesting story. I'd keep the four main PPVS, and add four 'smaller' PPVs. The breaks in between PPV's will give everyone well needed breaks (fans, wrestlers, writers, crew members, etc). The only gimmick PPV I would keep would be MITB, because it makes sense. I'd take out Elimination Chamber, Hell in a Cell, TLC, and I guess Extreme Rules would count. Dumbest idea ever to build a PPV around those gimmick matches. Way back when, it meant something when someone said "In a TLC match! In a Hell in the Cell! In a Elimination Chamber!" But now, it's expected, and the match is usually mediocre at best.
Jan- Royal Rumble Mar- WrestleMania Apr- Backlash June- Judgement Day Aug- SummerSlam Sep- Money in the Bank Nov- Survivor Series Dec- No Way Out (with the Elimination Chamber match. Only exception because the PPV name fits with the Chamber.)

I've always hated Wrestlemania being in April then another PPV 3 weeks later. So I'd start with moving it back to late March
January- Royal Rumble February- Bad Blood (main event being a HITC WWE title match) March- Wrestlemania (obvious) April- Backlash May- No Way Out (Main event is Chamber match) June- King of the Ring (classic tournament, winner gets title shot at Summerslam) July- Money in the Bank (main event is the MITB match with 7 participants) August- Summerslam September- Extreme Rules (every match is extreme themed) October- Night of Champions November- Survivor Series (Traditional Survivor matches included, WWE title match separate) December- Payback

Jan - Royal Rumble late March/early April - Wrestlemania June - Money in the Bank Aug - Summerslam Late Sept/early Oct - No Mercy late Nov - Survivor Series
6 PPV's a year with roughly 5-6 weeks preparation in between, sometimes more. It may make the creative team do their jobs and actually be creative. The PPV's that suffered the most this year were Hell in a Cell and TLC because they were only 3 weeks after the one before. No proper build up for most of the under card made people not care. If they spaced out the events, they would have time to think about all the matches on each card. It will never happen, but it would help IMO.

These gimmick ppv'a are getting tiresome. It just shows you how lazy and useless creative is. They already have a few ppv's lined up with gimmick matches in place. MITB, HITC, Elimination Chamber, TLC, Extreme Rules. Like okay guys we're going to put you in this gimmick match because it's on the schedule. It's stupid, you should use those gimmick matches when a feud is built towards it or needed, not because it's on the next event. We pretty much had the same ppv line up for like 10 years ('99-2009) with only a few minor changes. I miss that ppv schedule.

I think 8 PPV's and maybes 2-4 "special edition" Raws would work well. Have Night of Champions on Raw since its 3 hours anyway, then maybe like KotR Raw and Extreme Rules Raw.

Elimination as a PPV really has no purpose anymore now that there's only one title. I hope this means the chamber will be used at random now

January - Royal Rumble February - Fast Lane Last Sunday in March/First Sunday in April - WrestleMania (I would only push it back to April if the 31st was between Thursday - Saturday) April - Fall Out May - Night of Champions June - King of the Ring (winner gets shot at SummerSlam) July - Money in the Bank August - SummerSlam September - Fall Brawl (War Games comes to WWE) October - Extreme Rules November - Survivor Series December - Armageddon

I think 6 or 8 PPVS would be ideal with 4 Saturday Nights Main Event specials as well.

People still kling to old defunct PPV names? It doesn't matter if a PPV is called Fast Lane or Bad Blood, names don't affect the actual quality of the PPV.

I miss the days that we would just have IYH with the strapline being based on what was happening in the main event storyline for that specific event.
What would be wrong with IYH events with the big five staying the same:
Royal Rumble
In Your House
WrestleMania
In Your House
In Your House
Money In The Bank
In Your House
SummerSlam
In Your House
In Your House
Survivor Series
In Your House
A bit of diversity would be nice and it would force WWE to do some forward planning.

Doesn't Bad Blood and Payback have the same meaning?
