I have never seen worse packages. Just me speculating, but I have a feeling UPS hires a lot of part time dumb ass workers for the holidays. I worked for UPS for "1" day back when I was 22 or so. I was a loader and loaders are expected to package the entire 18 foot truck floor to ceiling like Tetris in a few short hours with little to no breaks. It isn't easy and I don't doubt it was crushed by another heavier package on top. That may be one of the worst shipments I have ever witnessed. I feel for you, that's bullcrap.

WTF could they possibly do to the box these were in to make them look like that? Did they sit on them? I used to hate having to deliver a package like that because customers would ask what I did to the package. And all I ever did was take it from the shelf of my truck to their door. But because the driver is the one the customer sees they think it's you. lol As a former pharmacy tech I feel your pain. Being the person on the receiving end of every complaint just because you were the last line after the doctors, and insurance policymakers all sh-- on the person who in turn sh--s on you.

Yeah, it is like Tetris. When I was out of college, I worked at a stationary factory during their busy season from Sept to Christmas. They send out tons of calendars in boxes that are like stacking cement blocks. Not as intense as UPS because there are lulls when stuff is being printed and packed. I should have said inexperienced workers instead of being rude. Every year around the holidays, I lose my regular UPS driver. You wouldn't believe how many times I have to chase down a driver or make calls due to missed deliveries (happened again last week).

That is because of the extra volume they split and combine some of the routes to make extra routes to handle the extra volume.

None of the above. These dudes flat out used your box as a lounge chair during one of their breaks, maybe lunch even.

That picture of X-Pac on the back of the box shows that he seems to be loving it.

omg that is awful D: Receiving your parcel in that condition is bad enough, having to shell out an additional $20+ is a kick in the nuts.

actually, if you bought them from RSC, they probably packed them that way. I've ordered figures on multiple occasions and they have shown up like that. They stuff too many into small boxes to save on their shipping costs.

My package from CM arrived just fine 2 or 3 days after I ordered it. I didn't get my BF order until a couple days ago however because the damn UPS driver kept not knocking on my door and just screwing off. I left instructions with them that I would leave a check outside in a hidden place and to just leave the package there if I wasn't home when he came by just to make sure there were no excuses and it still wasn't delivered for another couple days after that. I'm going to blame it on a lazy ass driver but I have the feeling he isn't the only one they employ.

Was the box that the figures were shipped in crushed as well, or just the figures individual packages? Because if the shipping box was mint, but the figure boxes were crushed, then it was RSC that gave you crushed figures.
If the box the figures were shipped in was also crushed, then UPS mishandled the package.
