I just wish that Sting debuted 10 years ago... Unless he is just in gm mode I'm cool. But I really hope he doesn't try to wrestle. Leave the memories alone. I don't want Stang (older balding not in prime) I want Sting (one of the greatest wrestlers of all time!)
Sting shouldn't wrestle in the WWE. He is way past his prime. Give us the action figures and let him still contribute to the WWE. Just don't wrestle. Leave that to the next generation.
End if rant....

Well in 2010 we got Bret Harr...
He was older and had suffered from a stroke but I still marked out like crazy when he returned and I'm still one of four people who actually enjoyed his Wrestlemania match against Vince McMahon.

Sting is going to wrestle at some point in WWE. I agree he will... Just wished he didn't. I really wanted him to be the only major WCW star who never wrestled in the WWE. He is turning 56 in March.... Why wrestle now... Please Sting.... We don't want Stang. Leave the memories alone.

Best part of Bret Hart's return was watching Bret Hart accidentally shove a chair into Vince McMahon's ass crack..
I lost it when that happened!

No, we got Stong. His shirt was on and his tights were left untucked.

Or did we get "Steve"?? Or was it Stinger??
I have heard him called many things on TNA over the years.

It's cool that he's back, but he's too late for a streak match and him facing Hunter doesn't interest me at all. These part time guys need to come back and put new people over, if this was 2002, then fine face Triple H 20 times, but now it's too late.

I am hopeful we get one passable match out of him at Mania (against Taker) and we can call it a night.

People in all the other threads are saying that Sting is "out of shape".....he's 55! What do you expect him to look like? Do you expect him to be ripped and shredded and huge and muscular? The bottom line is that he looks a hell of a lot better than your average 55 year old man (besides his hair, but there's nothing you can do about that).
Sting can still go, and he's not out of shape.
Bray Wyatt (age 27) is out of shape. Samoa Joe (age 35) is out of shape. Kevin Steen (age 30) is out of shape.
But Sting, at age 55, is not out of shape and he can still wrestle. Make fun of his age, make fun of his hair....but the man can still wrestle and he looks great for 55.
