It isn't exactly racist. Its just the way all of them are being portrayed in this new gimmick. Its stereotyping. Because only black people sing in a church choir? how do you feel about this?: I Iook forward to seeing Xavier and Kofi doing something new.

Vince didn't capitalize on the Ferguson story with a racially fueled stable?
Who talked him out of it? Seriously.. Never would Vince NOT try to capture heat from the fire which is brewing in Ferguson.. This report is further proof that Vince no longer has total creative control.

I think even Vince is smart enough to avoid for a bit.

Side note: Dumbo is a sad ing movie. so the one crow being named Jim is why this is racist to you? It is a sad movie, but it has a happy ending and I do like it. It's vastly overlooked and underrated.

Doesn't get enough love.

About black people being cast in a very stereotypical, boarderline minstrel, light. If nothing else its lazy, at the worst its harmful.

If he were referencing Jim Crow laws, that'd be a big issue.

I think even Vince is smart enough to avoid for a bit. The same man that had to change venues for Wrestlemania 7 because Sgt. Slaughter was getting death threats for portraying an Iraqi sympathizer during Desert Storm? The same man that turned a stable of Hispanic wrestlers into gardeners? Having them ride out on a lawn mower.. No, no, no.. We're talking about the same man that dyed Chavo Guerrero's hair blonde and had him wear polo shirts, while cutting promos that had tag lines like “if it’s not white, it’s not right". Nah dude, we're talking about the same guy that called Booker T a "n***a" on live TV one time.. Or most recently.. The same man that paraded pictures of Putin around during Rusev promos after Russia invaded another country. Racism and controversy is Vince McMahon's bread and butter.. I mean the original Nation of Domination got into a race war with the Disciples of Apocalypse.. So he either personally stopped this new stable because of the Ferguson situation, or he had someone else stop it for him because he didn't care enough about the wrestlers involved.. And because of Vince's history, my money is on the latter.

I dont think DVon's failed reverend gimmick from 2002 is going to work for 3 jobbers 12 years later. 1. Their gimmick is not the same as D-Von's 2. They aren't three jobbers. Woods has jobbed since he got called up, but Kofi and Big E are solid mid-carders 3. Even if it was the same gimmick, what fails in one man's hand could be masterful in another's. All I'm saying is that non-stop negativity will make wrestling a chore to watch. 3) See Waylon Mercy and Bray Wyatt

All I know is I'm really excited to see where this goes. All three guys are charismatic so the vignettes have fit them perfectly. I'm assuming they are heels but I guess it's possible the could be face and still have it work.

It was definitely the Ferguson stuff...
...but then here they are in ST. LOUIS the night Ferguson is supposed to release details of their police officer investigation.
They can't catch a break.

They're all doing the 'black preacher' impression. If someone says "do a black preacher impression" you'd be doing what they're doing.
