So my TRU got 8 elite 26(?) Warriors today....all of which came in a single case. The back remains the same...the figure itself is the same. But it was all packed in the same case. ANyone know whats up?

yeah i spotted the same thing at 2 different TRUs in my area too. not sure what the reason is, i guess it was overproduced and left in the warehouse too long?

Been reported a few different times. I bet it has something to do with his estate and his passing. Didn't this figure hit originally around his death?

It's about time Mattel took a hint and produced toys people actually want. I assure you in no more than 4 weeks time all of those will be gone.

Doubt it, it didn't sell for crap in my area anyway but hopefully I'm wrong since he just died. Why couldn't they reproduce a good figure like E12 Kane or something really sought after.

Yeah, this is a thing. My two local TRU's each have a boatload of them. Cool figure, but I don't need it, and I hope it sells through during Christmas.

Yea, didn't he used to sell the figures through his personal website or something? Perhaps his death nullified some of his orders, or something, and Mattel wound up with a surplus.... Wish they did this with more flashbacks, though..... they're so hard to find in the wild anymore.

I think some kind of special wave of flashbacks with 3 or 4 choices would of sold better than a whole case of a old figure. Surprised they didnt try to throw a new or repainted Warrior to us instead.

I think these will sell even though I personally passed on this warrior figure. I'll be getting the target HOF series warrior, whenever we get it.

I guess it depends on the store? I know I've never seen a Warrior figure peg warming. No matter what line, no matter what make, I've always seen Warrior figures sell before other figures. E12 Kane is cool, I have no idea why it is so sought after. Personally I think the RSC Kane with the Hardcore title is nicer, just cause of the title. I remember back when E12 came out I picked him up at Kmart on sale for around 8 dollars. Then later I found him at a Marshalls for 5 dollars. Had I known then that E12 would be going for so much these days I would have horded him back then.

I just. Idk
I remember vividly mattel saying they would not try to capitalize on his death by forcing out his figures
But dead or alive warriors sell like crazy , so there's that too. I can't blame them whatsoever for doing this , and it's debatable whether or not they are capitalizing on an unfortunate situation, or capitalizing on the fact that this figure was a hot seller. But im not gonna pick one or the other...
I wish they did this with Diesel and Nash doe

Been seeing this a lot on Twitter when people go Toyspotting. The more great figures for everyone, the better.

They did another production run on it. Nobody seems to know why. They did something similar a year or two ago with two-packs, where they did a kind of unmarked "best of" series rereleasing three packs from different series (but all in their original packaging). I forget who was in it, but I think Miz/Mysterio and Ziggler/Ryder were two of them.
This is the first time they've ever done it with a single figure apart from store exclusives, I think.
