Has anyone else noticed how much bigger some of the Superstars have gotten physique wise? Guys like Seth Rollins, Tyson Kidd, and Dean Ambrose all seemed to have noticeable physique changes and an increase in muscular development. It's actually pretty impressive considering the wellness policy is still in affect. What do you think they're doing differently as opposed to before?

Hopefully it's just down to more gym time and nothing else.

Well for one, they used to wear baggy riot gear and now wear muscle shirts. When your job is to workout Im sure its not hard to get that definition. John Cena on the other hand...looks like hes about to pop

I always got the feeling WWE lets Cena slide with some things. He's just too big and heals too quickly.

I actually keep thinking about how small the entire current roster is apart from just a few guys.
Back in the 80s/90s, guys like Bret and Hennig looked small, but they were absolutely massive compared with even today's bigger guys like Sheamus.

They may look small, but I've seen pics of Zack Ryder and Los Matadores with fans and they were MASSIVE compared to them. Even the Hardys were considered small back in the day, but they are huge compared to the Wolves.

I assume the new Development/Gym in Orlando has helped alot. When your around alot of people that want to learn the buisness, you trade work out secrets for wrestling knowledge. Ambrose has definatky improved physially. We all know Rollins is a cross trainer.

John Cena is bigger than ever. His arms and forearms look like a character from N64.
Dean Ambrose has also put on quite a bit more muscle since his debut. Especially in his arms.

Yeah, I also saw some pics of Los Matadores with a fan, and they look so big, but in ring, they look small.

Cause next to Roman Reigns and Cena (aka two massive dudes) most people probably would.
It's only now you see them separately you notice, but I'd suspect most of it is down to more motivation to look the part and to go to the gym. He has always been big though, just not Cena big.

They found out they're pushing reigns because of his size is they wanted to bulk up to take his place

I'd be shocked if WWE didn't have several personal trainers and strength coaches on the payroll to help train and maintain the talent.
Hollywood does this for actors. Im sure WWE has a similar program.

I always got the feeling WWE lets Cena slide with some things. He's just too big and heals too quickly. Dat HGH. Even if they caught him red handed, it's not like they'd suspend him, he's the face of the company. They'd make up a new rule to make it okay. I always got the feeling WWE lets Cena slide with some things. He's just too big and heals too quickly. And Orton with weed. RVD could never catch a break Orton has two strikes, he can't really catch one either. And with RVD's new contract, he's golden to get blazed like 9 months out of the year. They found out they're pushing reigns because of his size is they wanted to bulk up to take his place Only problem is, Ambrose and Rollins are ugly to Vince. He doesn't want wrestlers he wants models. Ambrose and Rollins are more ripped than he is anyway, so it's not like it matters.
