I still don't see much in the Ascension.

i love tag team wrestling. tag matches can be very good. i enjoy them very much. The Young Bucks, The Ascension, Hero and Claudio and im sure Devitt and Kenta will be very good together. its ashame that they dont try to build up the tag division (besides in NXT). I hope Devitt and KENTA are together for like one set of tapings then KENTA gets beat down by Devitt. They are much to good to be ruined in a tag team. Plus a feud between them would be gold. Lastly, I douvt Devitt stays in NXT long, they are probably paying him a lot of money.

The tag division should be The Usos and Gold/Stardust. And just have them fight every week. No need for other teams.

WWE hasn't cared about tag team wrestling for the better part of a decade at this point. They keep the titles around to fill the undercard. There isn't a lot of help at NXT really either. Up until recently it was the Ascension and no one. Lucha Dragons will likely be split up and feud shortly after getting called up, and as much as I love the Vaudevillains, but I don't see their act ever catching on for the main roster.. And they're breaking up ANOTHER team they already had in the Wyatts so even when Ascension comes up here there'll still be 3 teams that will be worth a damn... cause you know Matadores and Slater Gator aren't ever going to be taken seriously. I'd have to disagree on some level. The Tag Title matches got 10-20 minutes on Pay-Per-View. Cody and Goldust/Shield got to main event Raw even. I'm not saying it was a tag team resurgence or that it was on the level it should be on, but it was a big improvement. I'll agree that it was a big improvement, but I wouldn't really call it good IMO. Tag matches have routinely got 20 minutes to work with on PPV. I mean, we did get that 2/3 falls match. The problem isn't length. It's that it never seems to matter. When you only have 2 contenders, you can lose your title shot and then just get another one anyways. I'm not saying it was great when they hotshot the belts from Dudleys to Hardys to Hollys to E&C to APA to Taker/Kane to whomever, but at least when you lost, you weren't immediately getting another shot.
