I've been going through my collection the past few months and recently got to my LJNs. I noticed that figures I have doubles, triples and quadruples of have different stamps on their backs. For instance some may be alphabetical ranging from A-H (that I found), some have Letter/Number stamps such as Q1 and P8 and some in different places all together (i.e. One Capt. Lou is stamped on his butt and another on his shoulder region).
Am I correct in thinking these indicate different production times or were they for some other categorization such as shipping region, country, etc. ? Thanks

Yep. Just batches and ID numbers
Most figures of every kind have markings like that to indicate batch number, plant it was made in, etc...

Gotcha. Thank you!
Any stampings that directly indicate if a figure is Grand Toys produced?
