Enough with the Raiden/Scorpion/Sub-Zero! Can't we have some variety.
They look good, and I love Mortal Kombat, but I hope we get some guys (and especially gals) that we don't have figures of yet.

I agree. But Scorpion gives the company multiple repaint options. Smoke, Reptile, Sub Zero... Cyrax has that same ability.

So far I've been pretty impressed with Metzco. Looking forward to seeing the next wave of Mortal Kombat figures and I really want Noob & Smoke.

Yup! Sold me! Ill have to add it to the list, much to my ladys hatred. Tell her this. Buying plastic is better than buying p***y! I've used almost that exact line before. Lol. But to prevent a argument, i keep it to "babe, i could be spending money on much worse." And "if i had as many action figures as you have shoes, id be a god among the toy community."

While these are certainly the best quality MK figures we've ever seen at this scale, I wish they could do classic costumes as well as the modern looks.
As much as I love MK and want decent figures of many of the characters, the modern designs just don't do it for me.

With these being made by Mezco, I expect 1) they won't have much articulation, and 2) they won't get very deep in the roster. Just par for the course for them. That was my issue when I saw these... The lack of articulation. Why can't someone just get MK figures right??

As much as I love MK and want decent figures of many of the characters, the modern designs just don't do it for me. Sales could give classics a chance. I think this is the first time Mezco has done more than 4 points or articulation on a figure. They have mostly been static/statue posed figures.

How much is shipping from the toystore that is bad? its hard to work out, because I do pile of loot. which is awesome for those that live in other counties, cause shipping is what kills me. I will say this, they pack your figures perfectly, no one comes close to ensuring your figures arrive safe and sound. I would recommend them to anyone. but I still get my WWE figures from RSC, or classifieds, cause spamS gets stuff very late.

I was thinking I might get the first wave, but now having seen wave 2, I definitely will. These remind me of Mezco's Hellboy line. That was one of the only other lines to have strong articulation from Mezco.

That Quan Chi has me won over, for sure. I think I'll grab all of the first series now.

I was excited for these back when I first saw them (let's face it - how could they NOT be better than Jazwares' MK9 offerings). Mezco's done some good articulated figures in the past with the Hellboy line, and the recent Batman DKR figure is articulated like crazy. Hope these guys have some poseability to them.
