Just signed up to Rakuten, as there is a couple of figures I want to buy.
but have obviously never used this site before, so have concerns
plus the seller I am looking to buy from does not accept paypal, so I would have to pay using credit card.
So my question is how protected am I, if the figures don't arrive or if they arrive damaged?
Does Rakuten protect my payment like Ebay and Paypal would?
in total I would be spending about $100.00
Please any experienced Rakuten users let me know.
Thanks ahead of time.

You would either contact the seller of the goods or if that didn't work your credit card company. They don't guarantee anything like ebay does.

Your credit card company covers you, if something goes wrong, initiate a chargeback, DON'T use a debit card
