Ring Of Honor struck a deal with Marvel/Toybiz? I think it'd be awesome. We could finally get all our favourite ROH guys in figure form without having to make customs, and I always loved the Toybiz figures because of their articulation. Thoughts?

Why not? I've never been a ROH guy, though. But I see you're a Chikara fan. Now that needs some better attention. It's insane to me that they can't get a good TV deal. For the amount of total garbage that's on basic cable, you're telling me Chikara can't find a home?

I watched You Only Live Twice last night and it rocked. CHIKARA on TV would be awesome.

For like the 4,000th time...Toybiz went under nearly a decade ago and as such, Marvel Toys doesn't exist anymore. You're not getting figures from them ever again. ROH's best bet is Playmates or Jazwares.

Good luck: Marvel Toys is defunct, Marvel itself is now part of Disney...

To add to it. Wrestling isn't the hotbed it once was. What makes you think a network is going to pick up a Chikara show... filled with no name talent and a small budget?
Use your brain. Seriously.

As awesome as that could be, I don't feel that there is enough of a market for those Roh figures to sell well enough.

Quack has stated a few times he doesn't want a Chikara TV show because he doesn't think it's a good TV property. They briefly produced a show for Italian TV and had a 30 minute show in Japan on Samurai TV for a while, but both are now long gone. I know Chikara has a show on a 24 hour streaming network. I don't know any other information than that though

For at least one or two sets, there'd be an okay market if they were exclusive to either RSC or the ROH website. I'd rather they not be exclusive to the ROH site because they're horrible when it comes to shipping stuff in a timely manner.

If they were RSC exclusive it'd be way better, because I've ordered stuff like DVD's and T-Shirts from ROH.com and they've taken weeks, even months to arrive. I'd dig it if we got RSC exclusive Ring Of Honor figures.

There's no excuse for the customer service to be as bad as it is now. Even two years ago, if you ordered something on a week day, chances are it shipped that day.

If any company was to start making RoH figs, they'd be smart to make them in scale to Mattel. Jakks would have been smart to switch the TNA line to an R3 style as well. They'd have sold much better that way.
