www.wrestlinginc.com/wi/news/2014/0828/580522/devitt-talks-wwe-performance-center/This is actually a surprise to me but I'm all for it. Even if its just a one off appearance it'll still make SmackDown feel like a big show again by having Lesnar appear for the first time in a decade. If Brock can appear at least once a month on SD then the ratings definitely will rise up. When was the last time the WWE World Champion showed on on the 'B' show? The move to Thursdays will hopefully lead to SD going live and becoming entertaining again.

Smackdown isn't going to go live on Thursdays. It would completely screw up WWE touring schedule. If they were going to go live, they'd have to air it on Tuesday, or Friday, and Friday would cut into house show revenue.
Regardless, it'll be good to see Brock on, but I'd expect it to be a one off appearance. Honestly, WWE has a hard enough time booking Raw, I just don't think they give a crap about Smackdown.

I have a feeling that if he appears after Night Of Champions he'll still be WWE Champion, please let me be wrong Seems like NOCs could end in a no finish. Maybe a Last Man Standing where they both can't make the 10 count, or maybe Cena wins by DQ and that forces a need for the HIAC match. I think this implies Brock will still be wearing the strap come HIAC though, personally. I've said this more than a dozen times now, but there is just no way on earth he makes it past HIAC with the title imo.

If the WWE has Brock Lesnar appear on SmackDown, wait till the October 2nd SmackDown to do so. Lesnar's last appearance on SmackDown: WWE @ Atlantic City, NJ - Boardwalk Hall - March 9, 2004 (6,000)Smackdown! - included a confrontation between Steve Austin and Brock Lesnar in which the other Smackdown! wrestlers allowed Austin to take back his stolen ATV and later bloody Lesnar and hit the Stunner on Paul HeymanSource: thehistoryofwwe.com/04.htm

But nothing of interest happens on Smackdown! Right? Oh... Right. This would be the first time in about 10 years.

This is great news! If he's on Smackdown that week, it looks like he's wrestling at Hell in a Cell. When was the last time the WWE World Champion showed on on the 'B' show? Bryan was on Smackdown most weeks when he was champion. Smackdown isn't going to go live. It was an expense WWE couldn't spare even when they were hugely profitable. Now, when they are losing fifty million a year and cutting costs all over the place, there's no chance. Smackdown has to be filmed within a day of Raw for the sake of all the TV crew and equipment, otherwise WWE is paying twice as much to send them on the road twice a week rather than one loop. It's not happening.

Smackdown was Lesnar's home for most of his career so it will be nice to see him return to it again.

Hopefully his appearance will be more than just Heyman talking. But nothing of interest happens on Smackdown! Right? Oh... It's probably just going to be the same crap that happens on Raw with Lesnar...Heyman cuts a 15 minute promo while Brock just stands there. Not my idea of "interesting", but to each their own I suppose.

Maybe he'll be on Main Event to entice people to buy the Network.

It's not like he's going to wrestle. He hasn't wrestled on Raw since he returned which sucks he could at least wrestle once in a while.

I was excited until I saw the debunking...I was hoping Brock would hold the title for more than a month.
