I don't think Monday was very good at all. Bray should have escaped and just watched as Cena dropped Harper and Rowan, almost in fear/awe of Cena's intensity. This is the answer. I understand the methodology to keep Cena, the real face of WWE, in a strong position. But to give Bray a loss like that, puts a negative mark on someone theyve been pushing soooo hard to be a top star. Cena taking out two giant men, while Bray narrowly escapes would have made more sense buisness wise. But... i dont get paid to write the shows. I did guest writing for TNA two years ago... the amount of great ideas shot down by old schoolers in charge of booking/writing is crazy. Im just a viewer, no point in backseat coaching/directing. Love the product, or hate it. Its all we got.

Bray was chokeslammed towards the end of the tag match and was thrown back into the ring by Henry and show, cena had plenty of help. No one would have given a flying if he beat some one like slater, he needed to beat some one credible. And maybe this is why WWE needs to start making stars. So the one up coming guy doesn't always lose. Why did Chris Jericho even bother to come back? It was all in vein to try and get golden boy every more over. While the team lost, Bray was never pinned or submitted, Harper was the one that tapped.

Yeah... umm... Mattel isn't involved in the booking. At least I hope not. Yeah, if it was up to Mattel he would come out every time with NO SHIRT!

That booking was illogical. Where was all that toughness at summerslam where cena had already swore that he knew what was coming and would be bringing a meaner than ever version of himself. It forces me to believe that we did see the best cena at summerslam, a cena that a week later could destroy bray and just about anyone else but against Brock his best still just got him obliterated.
Plus it made bray look weak as hell.
Only way to make this make sense is to have Brock demolish cena again at night of champions. Cena can save a little face by saying he was still banged up from the summerslam match but any other outcome would be confusing and dumb.
I'm sure that's not how they'll book it and instead will probably either have cena dominate and Brock win by a fluke or interference.

So they're going to have Cena bury a superstar each Monday so he can redeem himself from Summerslam..... That's new. Nah bro. Their gonna have him bury THREE guys each week.

i love the idea that Cena's fans might "lost faith"
clearly proving that Vince thinks his entire fan base is children....and/or completely stupid

I'm okay with Vince McMahon's thinking, but I just wish that it hadn't been another loss for Bray Wyatt. The guy looked like he was on the road to the top, then got fed to the Cena machine. I'm fine with his loss at WrestleMania, but he looked BEYOND AWFUL in the Cage Match win. He should've won at Payback too since he could beat Cena and not pin him, therefore keeping Cena protected.
I just wanted to say my piece since this became a Bray Wyatt/John Cena thread.
The casual viewer may not think that Cena has a chance, but to guys like us on the boards, we always know that there's a chance John Cena wins the belt every chance he gets.

Yeah.....I'm not surprised really. I really wish it had been Rowan & harper that took the bullet here with a fearful looking Bray watching from the aisle.....I think it might have accomplished more?

You were rendered completely unconscious for a ten count. It's like a knockout loss in boxing in that regard. You're damaged more by that than a TKO or a decision because you clearly lost. The other two circumstances, well, you could have a possible explanation and grounds for not looking bad. But a knockout? You got beat. Yeah.....I'm not surprised really. I really wish it had been Rowan & harper that took the bullet here with a fearful looking Bray watching from the aisle.....I think it might have accomplished more? I would have preferred that.

Okay but if his fans "lost faith" after Summerslam what the are they going to do when he presumably loses at Night of Champions?
