-- Wade Barrett has reportedly been told by doctors that he'll be cleared to return by December. Despite this, the hope within WWE is that he'll be able to return in November.
He has been advertised for the UK tour so who knows, tbh if he's returning Nov/Dec, I'd keep him off tv until Royal Rumble as a surprise entrant.

it really sucks that the last 2 times Barrett was gaining steam he got hurt
ill be glad to get him back though

Barrett was an enjoyable character but in the ring I never thought he was much. Good for him that he's back. Hopefully the injury has healed well.
Daniel Bryan was also advertised for the Europe tour in Novemeber.

I was hoping he'd return at the Royal Rumble. Everyone's expecting Daniel Bryan to be the #30 spot like earlier this year, then...I'M AFRAID I'VE GOT SOME BAD NEWS!

I think even if neither are cleared to compete, though, one of them will still go on the European tour just to do a promo. That makes more sense with Bad News Barrett, I guess. |

Funny how I used to think Barrett was so bland, but he's been great as Bad News Barrett. I'm glad they found something good for him. |

Awesome. At first I was worried the Bad News gimmick was gonna turn into a comedy gimmick, so I'm glad it didn't. I've been a huge fan since first seeing him on NXT. I hope they have plans for him when he returns and he isn't just jobbing to guys. A feud with Ziggler over the IC Title would be great. They also need to drop the Bull Hammer name and just call his finish Bad News. It would work so well with promos where he could say something along the lines of delivering you some bad news.

Brilliant to hear, I dig Barrett...I love the ode to Foley's elbow he does, but perhaps he should take that out of the repertoire when he returns so as to keep healthy.

Barrett wants to work with Bray Wyatt when he comes back. I think that'd make a great feud, I'd love to see Wyatt's rambling interrupted by BNB.

Although I'd much rather see Barrett return to his anti-hero esque role he was in.....there's no way you can call him a heel. I'm not quite sure full on face Barrett would work. |
