No exclusives or "special" figures (DM, etc)
I think it's Eva Marie. I know it may seem like a strange choice but I think it's spot on. Everything about it. I wouldn't consider myself an Eva Marie "fan" or anything but I like her. She won me over on Total Divas and I think she can potentially be a great heel if she improves on her wrestling. It helps that most people naturally hate her too, so when she improves, she'll take that heat over with her.
Moving on, I think the headscan is probably one of Mattel's best yet. The body is perfect, attire is accurate etc. Mattel really knocked this one out of the park and the fact that most people want the figure even though the girl herself is a poor wrestler says it all really. Hopefully Mattel keep these awesome looking diva figures coming, cause the first few were pretty bad IMO. Michelle McCool, Melina and a few others come to mind.
Your thoughts?

So you ask what is Mattel's best figure yet we can't really name the best because you tell us we can't include excellently done figures?
Lol okay. Whatevs. I'm breaking your rule.
It's SDCC Undertaker and it's nothing even close to a contest.

I think the series 43 Eva Marie is the best DIVA figure to date. The best figure to date IMO is the Elite 10 Yoshi Tatsu.

Really? That figure had shorts on instead of trunks. (Although the entrance gear and "claw" hand was cool. )

How did I know that the first post was going to say the best figure is a diva?
Sdcc taker, amazon mankind, bray, yokozuna (yeah, I know baby arms and all lol), and DM savage are the first ones that come to mind.

Eva is overrated. Bad scan. But to me I'd say e10 tatsu or elite McIntyre. Maybe CEO Vince also.

If you are speaking in terms of Basics..... one clear winner, in my opinion:
Zeb Colter

Eva Marie has one of the best headsculpts, but the generic diva body lets it down.
I'll go with Elite 17 Cena or Elite 29 Harper. Amazon Mankind would be up there if it wasn't for the terrible leg articulation that's so common.

"What's the best Mattel WWE figure that isn't a Defining Moment, Entrance Great, RSC Exclusive, Elite, or based on a male wrestler?"
In that case, I can see why you chose that Basic Eva figure...

E30 Luger looks amazing! The head scan is unreal Elite Roaddogg was another that they nailed. Outsiders Nash Legends Warrior with the yellow belt Elite Tensai is another of my faves.
So many to list and to think i was not going to bother collecting mattel elites way back when is shocking to me.
I have to give Mattel their fair dues they really do a splendid job with these elites.
