question about the Jakks Belt

okay, so i am bidding on a Jakks Pasific Kids Sized Intercontinental Championship Belt, Classic (Reggie IC) Style. so i was looking up some things and i saw mine had different packaging, the belt looks like the normal foam stuff for the strap my other jakks belt has, so is this a very good knockoff, or is it some kind of region thing, or is it maybe this was an earlier release packaging, or what?

i have looked it up and there are Jakks WWE belt bootlegs, but they have Leather Straps (like the modern ones made by Mattel) instead of the Foam Stuff Jakks uses.
