Has there ever been talk of a Bob Backlund Elite or Legends figure. If not, what would you want to see out of a figure? A 70s version? 90s version? Battle Pack with Jonathan Taylor Thomas including a chess set?

Given that the only difference between this version of Backlund & his initial tenure in the 70s would be his hair-cut, I'm behind NMS 100% on this one. I want Backlund in my collection. Period. |

I guess this will be a pretty hard-sell for Mattel... like with Bruno, at the end of the day a lot of kids and collectors will just see a plain-looking guy in blue trunks.
I really hope we get one, sometime though.

I would buy one for sure, but it is very low on my want list.
There is probably zero chance of Backlund being made for obvious reasons.

I really hope we get one, sometime though. But Bruno sold and I'd venture to guess that Backlund would sell even better. If they're willing to make a bunch of new Mark Henry's and Big Shows that sit around forever, then they can at least give Bob a cheap to produce figure in every other case. |

I would even want a b.a.f backlund in grey suit with red bow tie
I want him for my new gen era.... The chicken wing was the sickest move, especially with backlund acting like a mad man

Otherwise, not sure he would be the wisest Flashback choice by Mattel. |
