And he shouldn't have a body the same size as Jack Swagger and arms the same size as most other wrestlers.
The attire choice is forgivable, even if it is a bit odd.

I don't think I'm disappointed, personally. Just think there's lost potential in the accessories choice and perhaps the weird shaping of the singlet. Of course I don't like the 'Tongue sticking out look' but I'll deal with that when I get my hands on it. Honestly, 2000 X-Pac is his weakest time in the company. Road Dogg and Billy Gunn, Triple H all moved on without him, where as he continued wearing DX Colours into 2001. It was ridiculous and made no sense, so compared to all the other times in his career were he wore different colors I can see why people are upset about it. And I can as well. For me, having a figure of him is good enough, though, I don't always mind if an era is a little hazy such as this hybridized version featuring a couple different years. I'll be honest, I didn't have any idea about that era as I had moved on into High School in 2000 and wasn't watching anymore. It took about 3 years (1999ish-2002ish) to get back into watching wrestling again. So that definitely makes sense. One of my favorite TTL figures of X-Pac is the white and red attire. I would live if we could get even just a basic of that someday. I'd put money on it personally. That stands out as one of the best times in his WWF Career.

Would you rather have had X-Factor X-Pac with the WWE Light Heavyweight Championship Title Belt and the WCW Cruiserweight Championship Title Belt!? I would...and then keep the Belts and proceed to sell the figure and the rest of the accessories in comes with.

I think it looks just like him. Personally the only thing I am disappointed about is they are releasing him and Doink. Neither one of those are figures I will buy. There's just something about Waltman I couldn't stomach since his debut as the 123 Kid. And Doink is just a gimmick I couldn't stand. I am glad for those who want them, but personally I would much rather they release the Magnum already.

And it would be a terrible plan to keep the belts and get rid of the figure anyway, because X-Pac is literally the only Mattel figure that has held the WWF light heavyweight title unless you put a custom shirt on flashback Christian.

I spoke about it yesterday, and the only other way would be if we got a Scotty 2 Hotty that came with one, or a 'Radicalz' Era Dean Malenko.

But it's not sub-par, it's a fine looking figure. People are just whining cause they didn't get their own personal favorite attire. Well boo-hoo. It's not like Mattel just made up some random attire. X-Pac actually wore this exact gear for some time. Anyone bother to notice he has his own knee pad mold? If he was so "sub-par" they could have thrown any old knee pad on him like Jakks used to and call it a day. Only he didn't ever wear a singlet that high. Or that Shirt with that attire. Or hold that Title with that attire. And I just noted about the attire choice. After all we've seen this week, are we really at the point where we are going to bitch about the fact that his singlet is a few centimeters higher than it should be?

I only collect the Championship Title Belts. I don’t collect many figures. I only have a very select few. I think I have about 10 Professional Sports Wrestling Entertainment figures in my personal collection, and about 30 for sale. I take the Championship Title Belts and I either display them with the kids sized version of them, or if there isn’t a kids sized version of them, I display them on my Arkham City figures. If there was a Light Heavyweight Championship Title Belt, I’d display that on Nightwing and if there was a Cruiserweight Championship Title Belt, I’d display that on Robin. If we ever do start getting Invasion Era attire, the first one should be a tribute to the man who saved the Federation from the Alliance...with the WCW United States Championship Title Belt, of course.

So because I enjoy the other figures I should just forgive something like that when you just called it his Exact Attire? Honestly I think they'd probably change it before the final product. And as I've noted on each page of this thread, I love the attire choice. 2000 WWF is my grove. But I don't like the Accessories or headscan.

I love the scan, love how it looks and think they did a great job. My 'gripe' is that we've seen the attire before, good or bad. This was definitely a chance to do something different and I think that's why everyone feels sideways about it. It's basically the same as the last 'classic' X-Pac release, but a Mattel version. Most other figures that have been released after a 'classic' release have been at least somewhat different from their predecessors (other than scale, etc.) This one is pretty much the same.
I knew we wouldn't get the red outfit as unfortunately it doesn't scream what a 10 year old's idea of DX is, but I would've preferred that. I think the white and green would've been the best, experimental, in-between bet that probably would've been successful as it's really not ever been done and was definitely at the height of X-Pac's face career. WM2000 is cool, though.

It's way better than NO X-Pac with NO accessories. I think it's a pretty cool figure.

Please show me. Yes, it appears slightly higher than it should be. SLIGHTLY. I never even would have noticed had it not been for the constant nitpicking from others. I'd rather they spend the money on his own specific knee pad mold than make a new mold to move his singlet down a few centimeters. I personally love the head-scan. It's not like X-Pac never had his tongue out. Hell, I question if he ever put it in. And god forbid they give a DX shirt to match the rest of DX and an extra European Championship. I think I'll live.

Just because people want something doesn't mean they're going to put up with something sub-par. Especially when they have high expectations. But it's not sub-par, it's a fine looking figure. I hope the next stop is 1-2-3 Kid. Maybe from his match with Razor, or, what I would prefer, his attire from when he faced Bret in 94.

I always assumed that X-pac had the tongue out headsman in all his figures because that's one of the face he chooses to pull when getting scanned and like many people have already said; he does stick his tongue out ALOT haha.
Little bummed at no DX jersey, but hey, we can't win 'em all huh? I am really hoping that somehow we get a Nash/Diesel situation for both X-pac and Razor - super unlikely but fingers crossed!
