Even though this is just speculation, I don't think John Cena will leave WWE to become a movie star. John Cena has said repeatedly how much he loves the WWE and fans, and if he does love the WWE as much as he says he does, I don't think he'll leave in the next few years for the movie star life.

Another thread using a Second Site to report on Pwinsider. Can people on this forum please just read PWinsider directly? Wouldn't that save you so much trouble and effort?
Good. I want him gone forever.

No way Cena is leaving yet. He will be around another 5 years at least. But it eould explain their sudden urge to build more people.

He's stated that he's not going to be leaving until he thinks that he can't keep up with the younger talent anymore. He's not going to be leaving to do movies. And if he does retire than it's a possibility he may do that. Of course you'll all say he's a hypocrite because the rock did it or it's ironic but it's really not. The situations are different. The Rock could have continued to wrestle for many more years but he left instead and went to hollywood to be in films. Cena would be retiring because he simply can't go anymore and will do movies to keep a steady income for the future because eventually that money runs out.

That would be the biggest swerve in wrestling since Bash at the Beach 1996...

Another thread using a Second Site to report on Pwinsider. Can people on this forum please just read PWinsider directly? Wouldn't that save you so much trouble and effort? If stuff is in the Elite section then not everyone has access to that. Not saying this is, I haven't checked. But other stuff that is from their Elite section gets posted elsewhere and that's sourced since not everyone is paying for the access.

If he does leave it'll be a big blow to WWE, whether people want to admit it or not. Although it also opens up the spotlight for what I have to imagine what be a litany of guys trying to take his spot. Cena should do whats best for Cena, if it means wrestling for 10 more years and doing so an injured wreck, than he should move on to pursue other opportunities. I think we all can agree on that.

The best of both worlds: Cena leaving and being a heel when he is there.
