no disrespect to Brodus, but his autograph is worth about as much as one of his shelf warming figures. I can't imagine anybody paying $300 to get any number of items autographed by him.

I dropped $30 for both the autograph and the picture combined. mainly because my kid wanted them. I could give a flying crap about him.

Since we're all having so much fun with this (except apparently Brodus).... here's another one of Brodus from yesterday, from wrestlingfigs.com..... Maybe nobody called his momma. In his defense - he had THREE events yesterday (that I'm aware of). He did a signing at George's Collectibles from 11-1.... Bud Carson's Pro Wrestling World from 3-5.... And the Hazelton show at like 7PM..... That's a pretty long day..... and he was nice to me (although quiet) - so I'm cutting the guy a break..... I think we'd all be a little cranky if we lost our dream jobs with WWE and needed to pound the pavement....

Nice. I met Brodus in April 2012, he was very friendly to everyone, nice guy.

^ Maybe in the future he shouldn't do so many in such a short time because it really makes the fans' experience bad when they get these sh*t photos..

Just a tip, don't sign in black for action figures. The black will fade.
Best to use a paint marker, silver, gold, red, yellow, orange, etc.

If the pictures don't look good, the buyer should speak with ownership in getting a re-take. Customers have no problem getting into the face of minimal wage employees at retail or grocery stores; they shouldn't have issues speaking with wrestlers or agencies. Now if the pic was taken free, when there was a charge, I can understand not complaining.
I do get the doing several shots in one day. The agent needs to get the most out of the wrestler in a short amount of time so they get several bookings in the same area, for the same day.
Me personally, I don't care for the newer wrestlers. Many are released because they just weren't good enough. People defending their favorite or wanting to act like it's the end of times for WWE, will defend the wrestler and act like WWE has no money for the lesser talents. Cena was good enough, Rock was good enough, Austin was good enough and many more were and are good enough. It isn't necessarily "creative" not having anything for them. It's the wrestler not being talented enough to give creative the ideas of having anything for them. I'm never surprised when I see a list of 10 or so names being released. I just wonder, what took so long?

Many signings I've been to, the wrestler has reminded me to check the photo before walking away.... I recall Howard Finkel was very concerned that the photograph be just the way I wanted it.... Hacksaw Jim Duggan also asked if it was okay (it was great on the first take).... I'm pretty fussy with my pictures - so I always check & I'm generally not too afraid to ask for a retake if someone's eyes are closed, or the lighting's screwed up, or whatever....
Embarrassment's temporary - film is forever....
