I'd buy all of them in a heartbeat. I assume they are customs, but they are so great.

They're all customs, if you click on his album mobile uploads you can see all his wip photos. If he sells these I bet they will go for big money

Pete's work is tremendous and represents the cartoon characters so accurately. He also has a few 1980s classics in custom form. It's too bad Rock 'N Wrestling hasn't seen much discussion in nearly 30 years. I think a 1980s DVD (about WWF or even the wrestling boom) would be great and the cartoon should have a small feature. You should check out his twitter or facebook: twitter.com/thejokr914www.facebook.com/pete.arico?fref=ts

Hey guys thanks alot for the kind words. Does anyone know how to post the actual picture or video on here? For the pictures, you can copy/paste the image URL in between image tags look like: [img]http://www.picturelocation.com/picture.jpg[/img] Your work is incredible. The Roddy Piper eraser figure from the original '80s line is my latest figure purchase. I see your figure resembles that pose quite well but with a more accurate facial sculpt. Great job! How tall are those figures? I also noticed a little Jay Sherman in the background of some of those pictures. Got any closeups? He looks awesome too!

Pete's work cannot be called "customs." They are treasures, gems, where the originals (if they ever were to be produced) should be encased in glass in Titan Towers or the physical Hall of Fame.
I was proud to take a picture of Nikolai Volkoff giving a thumbs up to the lot of characters Pete created.
PLEASE Pete, post your images in the thread!

Definitely far beyond a custom. Those are all original works of art!

Thank Ozzie I really do appreciate the complement. I do remember the erasers from Winston toys. I hated those lol thought it didnt do the show justice so I decided to do my own. The problem im running into though is people want to purchase them. The amount of work that goes into them makes them kinda pricey & I dont wanna get sued lol. Im trying to get a toy company to pick up the line so everyone can get these at a MUCH cheaper price. But no company is bitting ! Very frustrating. And yes thats jay Sherman lol

I saw the piper on deviantart years ago and prayed he make more and sell them... He's made a ton more. Let's keep hoping he starts reproducing and selling them.

simply amazing. I cant believe how accurate the sculpts are to the cartoon. is the savage the only "what if" figure to the set? To my knowledge savage never appeared in any episodes correct?
I would love to see more pics to show my son who is a big fan of the handful of episodes he has seen.
Anyone know why there has never been a DVD release or WWE network release of this show?

I believe they released some episodes on VHS in the late 90s.

I would get the VHS tapes for cartoon at the video store. I think they were produced around the time of the show though I didn't get them until early 90s.
One of the electronics stores (maybe Best Buy) had the videos for sale around mid to late 90s.
An internet company had DVDs for sale around mid 2000s, IIRC, and I thought that meant we would see the DVDs for sale through WWE but I guess it was custom DVDs.
I recall hearing DIC had partial ownership of the cartoon at that's why we never hear much about the cartoon anymore.

I bought the full collection in the early 2000s, but the quality was pretty rough on most of them. Still worth having if you were a fan during its original run. I really have to pop them in sometime; it's been a while!
