Yes he was and everything you said was correct. Then he was fired when he returned from injury due to a personal dispute with Orton and Cena. He deserved better. They gave Carlito every oppportunity as well. Problem is Carlito was lazy. I DEFINITELY agree about Regal. Evan ed up. No doubt. But it was NOTHING worse than what others have done. 100% agreed on all you said. And I am not trying to take anything away from Kerry's poor choices here, but perhaps WWE should have looked more into rehab for him. If Kerry was performing today, that is EXACTLY what WWE would do. Oh I knew you weren't man and yeah maybe they should have tried to strongarm him into rehab.....Im just thinking about some of the shoot stories about him, Jesus he was a mess. He truly was a mess. Damn shame too. I think that foot amputation and Kerry's paranoia over it really set his life and career on the wrong path. But then again, I believe it was his drug addiction that caused him to mess his foot up anyway....depending on which story you believe.

Taz was the biggest waste in my opinion. Thrown into random hardcore nonsense. Could of been a money feud for Austin or Hunter. Hell even the Rock.

Man that foot really was the best kept secret in Pro Wrestling. It makes me sad to see the state of him @ Survivors 1990.....whoo boy he was in some state that night.

Taz was wasted and he also was a victim of circumstance. You could tell Vince was initially high on Taz because Vince had a genuine man crush on Kurt Angle at this time(according to several shoots from peeps who were there) and Angle was sacrificed to him to make his debut more impressive. Vince envisioned Taz as a replacement for the recently departed Ken Shamrock- a no nonsense ass kicker. but the Vince got his hands on the Radicalz......Hell many say that he had ZERO interest in Malenko and Saturn but took them because he wanted Benoit & Eddie. When the boys came in he lost interest in Taz..... its the kid with too many figures analogy.....like my Godson on his birthday.....he got Big E Langston and then later in the day got The Shield. I didn't see him with Big E for the rest of the day. BUT had Vince pushed himself? Taz could have came to the rescue of Cactus & Rock when they were VASTLY outnumbered by DX & The Radicalz.

WWE seemed to misuse tons of guys that other companies got a lot out of like the NWO, DDP, Taz, Raven, Rhyno, Vader, Scott Steiner and even Booker T to a certain extent. Bam Bam Bigelow is a guy that I think WWE really dropped the ball with. He was a big guy that moved around better than most big guys plus he had a great look. Granted he was far from the best on the mic. Unfortunately it seems like Bam Bam was mostly wasted due to backstage politics.

Surprised at the lack of... I was in love with THE Brian Kendrick.. That gimmick was incredible and only Brian Kendrick could have made something so ridiculous look so great.

Vader is one, shocked he never had at least one title reign. The Tazz discussion brings up a good point, that's very true. Part of me says Chris Hero/Kassius Ohno as well, and the Dudebusters (mostly Trent) for sure, Trent was putting on awesome matches on Superstars and NXT and is shredding the Indy scene too.

I always thought Taz's failure was simply his inability to get over. He couldnt say 40 times during his promo and the crowds saw him as a "suplexing midget".

I have to say I think given the right scenario he could have gotten over.....after that super strong start he could've helped out against the HUGE numbers of the McMahon Helmsey regime. BUT.....it is what it is!! all this early 200 talk is making me nostalgic for how awesome that time was.

Chris Masters during his second run. He was putting on some great matches and still had the charisma that got him noticed the first run, but they just turned him into a comedy act, if he was even on anything other than Superstars. It was a shame, really.
Also, Luke Gallows. More for his untimely release than how he was used before that. Same for Chris Hero.

British Buldog 96 Mr Perfect last wwe runBilly Gunn post DX John Tenta as Golga and not Earthquake smh Rick Rude as DX insurance policy Bam Bam should have won kotr and gotten a better push Vader should have gotten a title run Mr. Perfect's last WWE run was criminal.. I remember being at the Royal Rumble in 2002 when he returned.. The crowd went absolutely f'n nuts for him.. When he was getting eliminated, the crowd boo'd.. He called an audible, got back in the ring, and hit the Perfect Plex on someone, crowd went crazy.. Then he eliminated almost instantly afterwards. I always heard he was suppose to start a program up with Kurt Angle, which only further pisses me off. For some reason, I've never forgot the backstage confrontation he had with the NWO after they entered the WWE.. Watching that was just like "OH ****!" Why oh why couldn't we have gotten Angle vs. Mr. Perfect at Wrestlemania X instead of Angle vs. Kane?

I mean I did get why he was cheered, but I didnt get why he was considered the man. The crowd popped everytime he cursed. His matches were blah at best to me. He represented a legit bad ass well....that I give him, even with his stature. But he couldnt cut a promo to save his life and that was evident when he came to WWE and failed to get over.
