I would say they should have given Ted Debiase Jr. at least one intercontinental champion run even if it was short lived

But off the top of my head: Curt Hawkins Ted DiBiase Derrick Bateman Mr. Kennedy Kerry Von Erich Evan Bourne Mr. Perfect Chris Hero Lance Storm Christian Rhino I'm gonna pick one name out of your list because I was going to post him but then I actually sat and thought about it. Mr. Kennedy. How can you say he wasn't used properly? A former US champion, MITB winner and would have cashed that in to be champion if he didn't get hurt (even more bad luck when they found out it wasn't as serious as first thought). Major PPV matches and wins against numerous former world champions like Batista and Taker. Hell look at the company he was in in his last match with the company. Kennedy was given every opportunity to succeed. A person like Carlito is something I think they could have done much, much more with. MVP too. William Regal though is tippity top of my list and no one will dethrone him... unless Barrett goes down the same road.

Evan pretty well screwed himself over.

There is so many people to name. They could've gave DDP a WWE title run, even a short one.

But off the top of my head: Kerry Von Erich They brought KVE in and put him over one of their top guys at Summerslam 1990 to discover shortly afterwards that he was a total wreck......he was even then frequently used as UWs partner in programs with LOD etc.....they used him plenty well given the fact that he was absolutely lost to chemicals. Hence his short IC run. I mean..... did you see him @ SSeries 1990? He is hardly able to get into the ring and knocks Hawk off the apron during the match. Its clear to me that Vince wanted to push the hell out of Kerry......but he couldn't. He had to give up.

I could be wrong but I didn't think even Vince knew till later.

Im open to correction because like I say.....Im not sure of that at all. Watching shoots from guys that were active in the WWF at this time makes you wonder how Kerry survived as long as he did.......Hacksaw,Honky,Dibiase,Janetty and many others all have horror stories about how messed up he regularly was.

To stick with more recent guys if say that just based on character, Del Rio and Dibiase. Their characters could have been used really well as top heels but instead they kinda just spun their wheels. Del Rio was a top heel, but he was used in a way that didn't make fans care about him.

I loved Kerry, but he was a mess at times. I always assumed many of his issues came from the fact he was hiding a amputated leg from everyone. But I could be way off here.

But the creative department didn't give the fans a real reason to care for him. He just appeared as a face one week and foolishly they thought that was enough.

The top of my list is Rob Conway. Dude was getting over with the narcissism gimmick, getting pops during his entrance, etc. He was a solid hand in the ring, and I really enjoyed his time in the fed. Shortlived when they made him a joke. May 19th!
