I was at the show last night and let me say it was one hell of a fun night. The atmosphere was electric and I felt like everyone gave it their all in their matches. One thing that pissed me off to no end was the cm punk chants. The dude walked out of the company. He's GONE. LET IT GOOOO!!!!

My friends and I were all in agreement with the Cena/Wyatt match being the only real negative on the show, and a big part of that really boiled down to the fact that it had to follow the insanely good Shield vs. Evolution match, and it had a little too much going on.
On it's own, it was a decent match, but in the context of the rest of the show, it was the low point.
Also, it's good to see the NFL Play 60 kid got a new gig as a Wyatt.

Harper flipping the table was hilarious. He had like, no emotion and barely knocked it over. we out The press conference stuff was so cheesy Rowans reaction makes it even better. Didn't watch last night but glad to hear money won't be wasted when I get the DVD.

Just watched WeeLC. That's the definition of a match that was way more fun than it had any business being. That was a pretty good match all things considered, and the mini's put on a hell of a show.
Credit to 3mB, they took a couple of vicious bumps(That ladder/table/apron spot was pretty wild)

This Pay Per view was a prime example of how much I love the network. Granted, I would have never ordered this PPV if I didn't have the network, as I haven't ordered a Pay Per View since some random PPV in 2007, but the reason for that was that I would get all hyped up for them, and once the PPV ended, I was left with a sick feeling of knowing I'll be getting a bill for 55 bucks for what I had just watched. Rarely did it end with me being ok with what I paid. So I just stopped bothering ordering any Pay Per View Events at all. Now with the network, I can see them all for 10 dollars a month and it doesn't leave that sour taste in my mouth at the end of the night. Basically the Shield vs Evolution match made this Pay Per View for me and that was enough for me to call it good.

PPV had some really great stuff. Shield/Evolution had a slow start, but holy than final 10 minutes or so was excellelent. Bryan and Kane was entertaining, as I expected. Bryan can put on a good match with anyone. Big E/BNB and the Triple Threat were very exciting undercard matches. Rusev's squash and Paige weren't offensive but offered nothing to look back on. That cage match was just a huge blemish on an otherwise very enjoyable show

Outside of Royal Rumble and Wrestlemania, I stopped ordering most WWE PPVs a few years ago because of that "I spent too much money for that crap" feeling I would get after watching. I enjoyed the ER PPV and would add the Cesaro/RVD/Swagger triple threat and the Bryan/Kane match to Shield/Evolution as making it very enjoyable and well worth the WWE Network monthly fee. In this regard, WWE succeeded in getting money from me that they would not have gotten otherwise since I would not have ordered the ER on PPV.

The old content pays for the network each month in my eyes. The PPV's are just an added bonus.

Extremely enjoyable wrestling show. Evolution/Shield was incredible, a notch below Wyatts/Shield but one could argue this match had greater importance. I skipped Wyatt/Cena which added to my enjoyment of the show. Bryan/Kane was WAY better then I expected and besides the lull in the match with them fighting backstage, it was very fun. The giant flying head butt and the table on fire made this feel like a true "Extreme Rules" match.
I am, however, disappointed that had Kane pop back up to end the show. Wasn't necessary and I truly believe no one wants to see these guys main event one on one again (4-on-4 War Games is perfectly acceptable tho)

With the 1st match of Payback announced and Extreme Rules talk already done for, I'm closing this thread to move PPV talk to the one coming up next month.
