I remember talking to Renee just after she got her WWE and she was literally the happiest person I have every known. So I am thinking that unless the ESPN deal is at least 100x better than her WWE Deal I can't see her leaving.
Hell, other than Raw, Smackdown and PPV's she spends most of her time at the WWE Studio's or at NXT, so it's not as if she is on the road 24/7 like a lot of the talent. I can see her sticking with the WWE for a long time to come. If anyone was to jump ship right now it would probably be Byron Saxton or Devin Taylor. With Renee there they have both hit a brick wall and I am sure if ESPN offered either one deal they would jump on it.
Mind you Renee does have Sports Broadcasting experience, before her departure from The Score/Sportnet 360 she was all over their programming, so that could really be playing into the reason ESPN is so interested in her. She works hard at everything she does, look up her Pillow Fight League appearance as an example, and has seemingly universal appeal.
Whatever Miss Renee decides I wish her all the best in following her dreams and ambitions.

eh, it doesn't make a difference in my paycheck or life. I say if ESPN would pay her a lot more money, and I'm sure they would, then she should take the deal. ESPN is respectable while the majority of the media think the WWE is a joke.

Damn..no surprise there
Renee truly is an asset to the company right now. Whatever decision she makes, hope the best for her.
on a personal note, everytime I see her on tv or on social media I ask myself, "damn why can't I meet a woman like her?!?!"

What a coincidence I too am interested in Renee Young. But on a serious note, she's actually pretty good at her job. And I'd hate to see her go. If Renee does in fact leave, WWE should take a shot at Michelle Beadle. Especially now that Punk is gone.

I don't see Renee leaving. The only reason Coach and Grisham left was because ESPN was their dream job which I don't think is the case for Renee.

I think Renee is well on her way to being the first female commentator of her kind. Watching her on NXT, I think she could definitely replace King at any time. I'd agree that ESPN would be a giant leap for her career field, but if her goal was to work in WWE then she isn't going to want to leave. Plus, she's dating Dean Ambrose. People pass on jobs all the time based on their personal relationships, and that would certainly be a factor as well. She's really talented at what she does and hopefully this just forces WWE to pay her more to keep her from even contemplating going someplace else.

ESPN sucks so badly these days. It was great once.
Renee is too good for those corporate jerkbags.

on a personal note, everytime I see her on tv or on social media I ask myself, "damn why can't I meet a woman like her?!?!" I know how you feel buddy. Every time when I am on Twitter and see what Paige, Emma, and Becky Lynch tweets something, I am like damn, why can't I meet women like them.
