Obsessed with WWF 1996. Watched every PPV since In a Your House 7 and am loving it. Vader, Warrior, Sycho Sid, Shawn, Perfect on commentary, Bulldog, Goldust, Jerry Freaking Lawler was an absolute riot. Jake the snakes "sober " comeback Austin coming into his own. Just great stuff. Though "wild man Marc mero " bores the holy hell out of me. Not a fan of Ahmed Johnson either. Just finished Summerslam and WOW Michaels vs Vader was good. On to Mind Games next!

Tonight's Best of Smackdown is the episode where Brock Lesnar suplexed Big Show from the top rope and broke the ring.

Anyone know when we're suppose to get the Clash of the Champions & Saturday Nights Main Events? Also, why is there no NWA Saturday Night or Mid Atlantic but we have World Class? Id think it would be great to do a WCCW & NWA back to back one night to load them both on the Network. I last heard sometime in the Summer of this year. Give them time to digitize all this footage so we can enjoy it all. I'm actually surprised we got WCCW before WCW. I'm willing to be we'll start getting WCW Nitro when the Monday Night Wars series begins. I hope they release chronologically like they have with the RAW 1993 episodes. I also hope they put the Saturday Night's Main Event episode. If they do start putting these up during the summertime, I would love for them to upload them on Saturdays, maybe on the same time slot that they originally aired Saturday Night's Main Event.

A match that didn't take place at the 1994 Royal Rumble: Taken from the 1.3.94 RAW. True. It ended up being Bam Bam Bigelow vs. Tatanka. I watched that Rumble a while back.

Sorry for the double post but man, Shawn Michaels' World Title run of '96 was amazing. I was talking about this the other day. His match with Diesel was good, the two with Bulldog were really good, the one with Vader was fantastic and just wait until Mind Games. HBK vs. Mankind is one of the best matches of all time.

I only have one complaint about the Network, that isn't really much to complain about but it's something that they should fix. I'm not liking the whole repeats of Superstars/NXT/Main Event/Legends House on the schedule. I think repeating it once is fine. I think repeating Warrior Week and Wrestlemania Fallout once is fine, but do they have to repeat the shows multiple times during the week? I think repeating either the day after or right after it's over is fine. I mean, like today. I like that they're airing Summerslam 1992, but then there's repeats of Legends House, Superstars, Main Event and NXT and Warrior Week. IMO, they could have used those slots to air more of WWE Old School or more episodes of RAW and Smackdown from the early years. Again, not much to complain about but it kinda bothers.

All I can say, I will be shocked if they kept this intact: "Obsession" by Animotion was dubbed over on the Classics on Demand / 24/7 airing of some Saturday Nights Main Event episodes.

Since I've caught up with every thing I've missed on the Network, I decided to watch some of the RAWs from 2012. I noticed that on the episode after the Rumble, during Kofi's entrance someone had a sign saying "Renee Paquette Shut Up", which is Renee Young's actual. I just found that funny

Just pester them on Twitter about it. Look how long it took them to put up the 6th episode of Raw from 1993 up.

I always get a kick out of seeing guys who were important parts of ECW Pay-Per-Views in the late 90's, as jobbers on early episodes of Raw. PJ Walker (Justin Credible) and Tony DeVito of Da Baldies.
Also, Vince McMahon gets oddly excited when Men on a Mission come out.

I'm watching Spring Stampede 1998 right now on the live stream. I had no idea WWE didn't have the rights to use DDP's WCW theme song. I know it was basically a rip of Smells Like Teen Spirit, but I didn't know WWE couldn't use it.

The music edits are out of WWE's hands. They don't have permission to use songs that get dubbed over, otherwise they risk getting sued by whomever holds the rights to the music.
It's just like it's been on the DVDs for years. They have to dub over some of the music. It's not false advertisement, it's what they HAVE to do.

Like ZT said, it's not false advertisement, WWE doesn't have the rights to certain music. That's why they have to dub over all this music, why they have to dub over Thunderkiss 65, Voodoo Child, Freebird, etc. I was surprised that they didn't have the rights to certain WCW music, like DDP's theme music, which I thought WWE had the right to. Sure it sucks cause we would all love to have the original music to everything. I would love to have experienced what ECW was with the original music instead of the dubbed music. I wish WWE could pay money for at least some of the songs, like Voodoo Child.
