Greg Biffle back his car into the fence at Dover(?) during his burnout "accidentally". Accidents don't happen though.. so he was probably cheating too. How do you explain the video where Knaus tells Johnson to wreck his car if he wins? I wasn't talking about Talladega. I'm talking about Daytona and that wasn't at Daytona. You're talking about tearing up the car during a burnout, that's what I'm talking about. You find me a championship winning crew chief that doesn't play in the grey area. You throw Chad on the box for Dale.. nobody gives a s***. Fact.

The difference is they're not stupid enough to get caught on camera.

That is all I want to know, your opinion on Jimmie Johnson being caught cheating on video.

Yeah, let's talk about stupid while proclaiming NASCAR is fixed for Jimmie Johnson. You know.. one of the most disliked drivers in the sport. Because everyone and their mother knows they would fix championships for Jimmie Johnson, not - let's say - THE most popular driver..

There's a difference in "we're pushing the limits here" and " up your car if you win yo."

Where do you see me saying that Chad doesn't cheat? I litearlly just freaking said "You find me a championship winning crew chief that doesn't play in the grey area".. I also don't believe Jimmie Johnson is working on the car.. but whatever.

Like KvE said, there is a different in pushing the limits, then there is blatantly cheating and telling your driver to destroy his car. No gray area for Knaus, just cheatersville.

Everyone can make all the excuses they want against Jimmie Johnson but the reality is.. he's got six championships and sixty-odd race wins in his career. I'd so he's pretty f***ing good. It's easy to hate successful drivers.

That's why Chad is the one big name crew chief busted for cheating time and again. They just allow him waaaay more appeals than anyone else and eventually he'll get an appeals panel that sympathizes with his plight and reverses any decision handed down.

If there was no chase Johnson would have three titles, Gordon would have 6. Johnson is no true champion. Most times penalized since 2002, most failed inspection processes in the last five years, all belong to Mr. Johnson.

Speaking of Ray Evernham, he announced yesterday that he's leaving ESPN and going back to Hendrick as a consultant.
SWM-NEMCO Motorsports announced unprecedented plans for father and son Joe and John Hunter Nemechek to share a tag-team single season of the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series for 2014. This move allows the #8 truck, owned by SWM-NEMCO Racing, to run the whole season with John Hunter racing the 10 races at all the tracks that NASCAR allows at his age of 16. His dad, Joe will be mounting a campaign at racing the other 12. John Hunter will be running a combo of short track and one mile ovals, coupled with a road course and a dirt track. "Front Row Joe" will be taking the balance of the season at the larger tracks and super speedways. In the elite club of a few drivers with more than 1000 starts, only seven of those starts have been in a truck, with a best finish of 2nd place for the senior Nemechek. Sponsorship partners are in process for supporting the Father-Son #8 NASCAR Camping World Truck entry along with primary principle supporter

I'm actually pretty excited to see Joe Nemechek's son race more. It seems like just yesterday he was walking around the pits in his little Army firesuit in 2004 lol

His Dodge experiment failed, and he could have won way more with Gordon. But glad to see him back at Hendrick.

It started out really good in 2001, when Bill Elliott won the 500 pole right away, then they won the Brickyard in 2002. Then he brought in Kasey Kahne in 2004. They really started to fall apart in 2006, with the Evernham/Crocker/Mayfield fiasco. Evernham really helped Dodge start out competitive and stay fast, unlike Toyota in 2007.

A true champion is Petty, Cale, DW, Dale, Gordon, drivers who won a championship in 36 races and had to be consistent. Johnsons 10 best tracks are the ten chase races . He has three titles under the old format. The chase ruined NASCAR.

Once the chase started and Johnson started winning, ratings went way down. Dont blame the economy either, because that has nothing to do with tv ratings.

Morgan Shepherd will be attempting the Daytona 500 in a car fielded by BK Racing. He will be driving the #93.
Support Military Foundation announced that Morgan Shepherd will be driving the #93 SMF Toyota at Daytona International Speedway in an attempt to qualify for the Daytona 500. The presenting sponsor will be named at a later date. If Shepherd makes the field he would become the oldest driver ever to compete in the Daytona 500. Shepherd, 71, most recently partnered with Support Military Foundation to become the oldest driver to compete in the Sprint Cup race at New Hampshire in 2013. The team is a collaboration of BK Racing, Randy MacDonald of MacDonald Motorsports and Dell Hamilton of Support Military Foundation/HMR. "Whenever you can break a record or make history, it's something special. To have Morgan in the car and the SMF presented on the car we couldn't be happier," said Dell Hamilton. "We are still looking for a presenting sponsor for the race, Support Military Foundation colors will be on the car but we are hoping for a presenting sponsor to come along and help us with this unique initiative."
