Hell yeah! I can't wait until Winston rapes his way out of the National Championship Sadly its a lock. Media has been on FSU's jock most of the year. We get two teams playing for a National Title that have played an absolute joke of a schedule....THAT is what is truly wrong with the BCS.

Auburn is a very good team but they're not at the level of Alabama yet. If Auburn keeps it within 2 scores. they should consider it a win. Outside of that Missouri (who looks to win the East) and FSU/Baylor/OSU just simply arent physical enough to hang for 4 quarters with Bama. Stanford was physical enough but wouldnt have the depth to last the whole game. Id take Bama over Auburn by 10-14 points, Bama over the other three undefeated teams by 21+ and Bama over Stanford by at least 14. Spoke too soon it looks like

And Stanford is officially eliminated from National Title contention. Congratulations to Alabama Crimson Tide, 2013 National Champions. NOPE

And Stanford is officially eliminated from National Title contention. Congratulations to Alabama Crimson Tide, 2013 National Champions. NOPE Technically Im only half wrong. Alabama is projected to only drop to #4 in the BCS standings. FSU is likely to beat Duke in the ACC CG but Ohio St could very easily lose to Michigan St and Auburn could very easily lose to Missouri...which puts Bama right back at #2 and in the National Title game. So its not completely out of the equation. I do have to say that Auburn played great defense tonight. It was spotty at times (which worries me if they play a team like FSU who does a lot of quick strikes) but it was solid all around. Im still not sold on the offense though, Auburn has had A LOT of luck this year as well and you could easily say they *should* have lost a couple games already. At some point you have to wonder if luck will eventually run out or not? Either way Auburn & Bama are the SEC's only hopes for a National Title.

Wow... what a game. I was THERE when the Tigers took down the Tide! I was right in the endzone that Davis caught the last missed field goal in.

I pull for the Oregon Ducks. While I didn't attend that school, I got royally trashed on their campus once!

Congrats to Auburn...Hopefully they can sneak in over OSU or else FSU is going to have a cake walk to the National Championship. Also, stat of the night...
Auburn is now 26-1 when starting a QB who was kicked off another SEC team for stealing.

You give Gus Malzahn a good QB and he can do some special things it appears. Not that Marshall is great, but he gets it done especially in the run game.
I was worried about Bama playing Auburn and knew it would be tough. It is difficult for the SEC teams that play a pro style (Bama, LSU, SC, UGA, FL) which are usually your top teams in the conference to play against these option hurry up teams (Mizzou, A&M, Auburn). They just aren't use to it yet, and struggle against it at times. Bama should had beat Auburn, just like UGA, but congrats to Auburn now and hopefully they make it to the Championship game.
Ohio St. when you watch them, they are a good team. Just play in a bad conference and we assume they can't play with FSU, Bama, Auburn, etc. I hope they lose though because I doubt Auburn jumps them if not. In a perfect world, I say OSU loses and FSU, so we get Bama and Auburn again.

FSU's buttholes just puckered. They realize now they dont get another cupcake in OSU on their schedule for the National Championship game. Instead they get the SEC Champions.

Right, because Ohio State belongs in the same discussion as Nevada, Maryland, and Florida I just want to crawl into a ing hole right now and die. I wish Mich St could face FSU so that their defense could give Winston the raping he deserves.

Ohio State is better then all three teams, but they still play a cupcake conference schedule just like the ACC does. Simply put an average-good team in the Big 10 or ACC has a chance at playing for the National Title because they might get challenged once or twice a year. However SEC teams get challenged 3-5 times a year.
The best stat Ive seen. Of the 7 SEC teams in the Top 25, they have a combined 17 losses. Of those 17 only 3 of them are to unranked teams.
Michigan St (#4) Stanford (#5) Oregon (#10) Oklahoma(#11) Oklahoma St (#13) Arizona St (#14) Wisconsin (#19) Duke (#24) USC (#25)
All have at least 1 loss to an unranked team.

I'm a Michigan fan, but college football really irks me. Overtime is a joke, 63-0 scores on every channel each Saturday and really only one good game worth watching in full a week (if lucky).
Then I haven't even mentioned the Bull Crap Sh*tty rankings. I'm not even an SEC fan, but that conference is the most fun to watch and actually competitive unlike over here in the Big Ten. In all honesty, Alabama and Auburn should be in the National Championship game. Florida State, yeah, they're a good team but who did they really beat besides Clemson? It's awful.

From Illinois here, was ecstatic to see the season NIU had, but being from the midwest i've found myself a fan of Wisconsin and Notre Dame.
