For all that are complaining about the Elite 23 HHH attire or whatever. Just go back and watch the DX invasion or open up the memory banks from when that was going on. I'm 33 and I remember vividly when that happened. To have a figure commemorating that event or night is awesome. I wish they could make all the rest of them eventually to go with Hunter.
I just watched it on Bleacher Report today (DX's top 5 moments) and just remembered how awesome it really was. I personally can't wait for it to come out. There will be plenty of other chances to catch Hunter in his classic long pants or whatever, but I for one am thrilled that they are putting out this figure and this attire

They are making an Elite DX Road Dogg and Billy Gunn with similar attires, so we're basically getting the DX invasion, however we will never get a Chyna figure because of her other activities....

I'm 22 and I remember looking at pictures just the other day that show that the paint job is horrible.
I have no problems with the attire or the accessories.. the pants just don't look good.

They are making an Elite DX Road Dogg and Billy Gunn with similar attires, so we're basically getting the DX invasion, however we will never get a Chyna figure because of her other activities.... Guess ill just have to throw in an old Jakks BCA Chyna in the display with them. That sucks but I guess it will work ! |

I am not really sure what you are talking about. No one is really complaining about his attire choice. What they are complaining about is his hair, his body mold, and how the attire is painted. Technically, the accessories that he comes with have nothing to do with WM XV(E23 is a WM set). So if you are hearing any complaints, that is what they are about.
The invasion was an awesome moment, however, if Mattel wanted to do a DX invasion HHH, then he should be wearing the camo pants, not his WM XV tights.
I love the figure and the accessories though, even though they don't necessarily go together.

Road Dogg comes with two shirts. A Road Dogg shirt and a DX shirt. I think he'll look better with his Road Dogg shirt so I hope Billy Gunn doesn't come with a shirt because I'll just be giving him Road Dogg's extra shirt. I'd rather Mr. Ass come with something else. Like maybe two tag team titles? |

The BCA is too short to fit in with Mattel figures  Her figure that came in the two pack with Jericho fits well though, even though it isn't attire specific to DX |

They didn't wear vests? At least I don't think so, Triple H definitley didn't. He was wearing a DX shirt with a helmet, camo pants, some sort of armband and was carrying a megaphone. |

Kids do want to use them as wrestlers too. The Shield actually still wrestle in that crap attire. Anyway I just remember a lot of bitching during the SDCC reveals. His attire is based off WM XV, only the accessories are based off the invasion. And HHH wasn't in a vest but the others were in different variations of vests and bullet proof type stuff. And none of the other DX figures we saw have anything to do with the Invasion because they're all in ring gear |

what ever way they made the Flashback HHH there was always going to be people that don't like it as its not the attire they would of chosen.
I'll end up picking it up and in time the other members of DX to pose with an Army jeep hahaha

The rumor going around is that WWE wants to induct all of DX together in their Hall of Fame, including Chyna. That'd mean there's an outside chance we could have her figure by this time next year (if she signs a deal that is). |
