He wore them against Tommy Dreamer for the ECW Championship at Night of Champions 2009. Would definitely be cool if they made a figure based on that gear.

They don't look like a tribute really. Just a different design. To be honest I don't really like them that much!

I love Christian so I would buy it!
I think Christian is in need of changing his gear since it seems kid of bland for the last few years. He used to wear some flashy jumpsuits. Then when he came back from TNA, its like he stopped caring about his gimmick. He should change up his boots or switch up inverted colors on his tights at least every now and then. Those improvements would make a great Mattel fig I think! Captain Charisma 2013!

 Totally forgot he wore this before. Mattel are only missing maybe 2 of his other attires now since returning in 2009. They made almost all of them since he so rarely gets something new. This would be a cool choice for his next Elite, though I'm gunning for that cool blue/green gear he's worn several times that they've yet to make. That's my favorite return attire of his. |
