MDT, ignore this thread. Everything at SDCC was solid. A few minor flaws, nothing major. Agreed. Complaining about Macho Man's cheekbones??.. Get a grip !! You get a Grip!!!! Not everyone on here's a yes man or a sheep. Collectors are free to discuss and share the opinions on this board. If the board was full of people like you two it would be the most boring place to be ever. Don't come in a topic you don't like and add nothing to. Elite 23 Triple H: It kinda looks like his basic 1 scan without facial hair and the moc pic they had on display shows Trips with hair to the side

Wasnt disappointed in any of the figures. I was though hoping that there would be more belts with the Elite 23 Flashbacks, especially JBL, who I thought should of had a shiny WWE title. I was hoping the Road Dogg would have a classic tag strap. I hope the Billy Gunn one does. That would be great. Rikishi was the "shock of the show" to me. There must be more to this. I wonder if they have parts from another new one they are using or some kind of deal where he is going to the WWE HOF 2014, I dont know. Seems very random to me but I will get it for sure.

Not too many new body molds, other than that, I think they had a great showing this year. Best SDCC from WWE mattel IMO.

Mostly Elite 23 Flashbacks...While they're good and I will buy them, not quite what I was hoping for.. E23 Savage- I really wanted WM3 Savage w/robe E23 Triple H- Was looking forward to his WM14 attire E23 Undertaker- Was hoping it used the same parts as the EG Taker (which I made an elite custom with) so his Grey and purple gloves would match. JBL, Trish, Brock, Mankind and Bruno all looked perfect though. I am a little let down that the only future FB we saw were NAO and Rikishi. Its painfully obvious that Mattel doesnt give a  about 80s collectors. |

The only thing that disappointed me was the outfit for Trish. I just would have liked a more iconic outfit, but hey, I can always get two and pop a blonde Mickie James scan on one and I'll have MICK STRATUS!

Only think I'm peeved about was that the funkadactyls didn't match any previous or future brodus clay figs. I guess the one from the Hawkins two pack was green but still. En they go show two more broduses that are black and orange. I just don't get it.

I thought we would be getting his WM3 one as well but RSC's Elite 23 pic through me off as it looked more like a different colored DM type Macho Figure we might be getting. But I have a "conspiracy theory" about why we are getting this Macho and the reason we are getting Macho from Mania 8 is because they plan on doing a Ric Flair from Mania 8 as well next year. But anyway I do think the figure turned out great and Im a sucker for VAC Winged Eagle belts. |

Does the behavior shown by a handful of members that spammed the crap out of the SDCC thread count? One of them is still doing it.
Other than that, I have no real complaints. I wish Trish was in a different attire, but the figure looks great, so I don't really count that.

No flashback Jericho, Rey, or HBK. Not a fan of Rikishi having a spot. The figure looks good but there are plenty other FBs we don't have yet. And no WCW figures either  I'd rather have Rikishi. We already have many HBK, Jericho and Reys |

Everything was great, but JBL. I can kinda overlook Big E's singlet and little stuff like that but not even in JBL's wildest dreams was he that fit. I expected a new torso but oh well.

I love the E23 HHH, but I was hoping for the purple SS98 tights, or if they were sticking with Mania themes then his WM14 attire. Obviously just a personal preference type of deal. I think it's really cool they went with the DX Army accessories personally.
The rest of my "disappointment" would really just be additional stuff I wish we'd seen. A new HBK, Flair, or word on Bobby the Brain. Maybe will get word on some of that in the Q&A. I'm hoping for a WCW Scott Steiner big time as well.
Anyway, I know the Ziggler trunks weren't painted metallic or shiny, but it was still my favorite figure that we saw. Easily the biggest moment in his career and it's awesome to have a defining moment figure, even if said line is no longer around. Cesaro, Trish, Taker, HHH, Rollins, Ambrose, Heyman, Macho, LOVE the Mankind, and I'll probably end up buying figures of guys I don't really like in Miz and Wade Barrett because they turned out so great. That backstage area was awesome and there was just so much great stuff.

I personally was incredibly relieved that E23 Triple H was NOT wearing trunks. I feel like it would've been a waste of a flashback, as it would've been so similar to all his other elite figures.
Only thing I would say that bummed me was that E23 Macho doesn't come with the jacket/hat but I understand because of budget reasons. It's still an awesome figure though and I can't wait to get it.

I was really pleased with a lot of what I've seen. I think Mattel does need to work on some new torso molds.
JBL far too skinny and Daniel Bryan for that matter. I would love a mold that isn't quite as muscular but still has some thickness to it for Bryan. JBL really needs a bigger, flabby mold as well. With the jacket that JBL is excellent. Don't mind the face scan at all.
Trish Stratus looks wonderful but her shoulders seem a bit broad.
The Macho Man figure I like but I'm waiting to see the final product before I decide. Will be getting every single flashback regardless- just hope we get more of these supplemental series. I hope to hell this set does well at retail!!!
Dolph's mouth seems too big. Also not feeling that CM Punk BOPPV figure's face scan and paint app. Something a little off.
Overall there is some exciting product coming from Mattel through this year and into next. I don't mind having them show off a figure that may be just a little off but overall was really ambitious- and that's exactly what this company delivers every time. They go out on a limb and even when they miss the mark a little it isn't too bad. However when they nail it just right it's sublime. I am so excited they made that Mankind- it was one of the figures i assumed would not be made anytime soon and was shocked to see it! What a bummer it's a mailaway, though.
Pleased to see so much Daniel Bryan product. I'm sure there will be plenty more coming too with this huge push he's been given (and damn well worked his ass off for years to earn)
