Ya, this Punk scan looks like a huge miss. It's funny that Mattel chose the BOPPV Punk to be such a big part of their presentation.

There's a difference between how good the scan is, and likeness. Does it have a good likeness? No. Is it a good scan? Yes.

I see what they were going for here, but it just doesn't work.

But it's got "B30 Miz Syndrome" the mouth just looks off. Sometimes heads look different when they are sitting on the shelf in front of you. But this one has a HUGE hill to climb to get to "ok" status

It looks more like Mason Ryan, I like the second sculpt (which looks to be a retooled B29 scan) though. If only the second sculpt had a buzz cut.

The problem is they painted the head and beard all the same color, so there's really no "fade" look to his hair. But the buzz cut mold is there. B29's scan is the same way. |
