I just got my Jakks CS Flair head in the mail yesterday and I made my custom
So I have my 4Horsemen Ric Flair, Arn Anderson, Tully Blanchard & .....
I realized I don't have a fourth Horseman. I was thinking of going with Curt Henning or even giving his son Joe the spot... But idk I've thought of Paul Orndorf, HHH, Sid Vicious (but he's in shorts as he wore in his later days), Dusty, Kerry or even Kevin Von Erich.
However, I can't figure out who to use I am not closed minded to your answers. It's doesnt have to be anyone mentioned mind you I have one of every guy Mattel has done and a few customs, so my options aren't limited.
Reason for me asking is because I have a group in my ECW calling themselves The Extreme Horsemen consisting of Terry Funk, Beniot, Pillman & Bam Bam Bigelow. Funk is the leader, Benoit and Pillman are a Tag Team, so Bigelow is the muscle obviously so I need a good adversary for Bigelow.

I wish we had a Big Boss Man in all black, I'd suggest using him as "Big Bubba."
My Horsemen didn't have the strong powerhouse (unless you count Arn). I had Flair, Arn, Tully and Randy Orton. I have used Orndorff as the 4th before too.

Well I don't know if you are into customs or not. But Paul Roma isn't to difficult to make. If you don't want to that you could easily place William Regal in the fourth spot. Also you could easily make a Stunning Steve Austin by using the Jakk's CS scan on a plain attired body. He would make a great fourth member as well.

with the jakks classic series, we got arn, tully, and flair. i always had my 4th being paul orndoff. he seemed to be a good fit. if he were in nwa/wcw, when ole left the horsemen, i can totally see mr. #1derful being a horseman.

Besides Pillman, I don't have a Mattel Horsemen line-up. Before Jakks came out with Tully, I used to have Piper, Orndorff, Arn and Flair running around as the 4 Horsemen in my fed. I remember having them quadruple spike piledrive Andre The Giant on a chair, lol.
I'd suggest Diesel for the silent bodyguard / hired gun role. I'm sure he could Jacknife Bam Bam, heh.

The Four Horsemen are holy to me when it comes to wrestling.
To me, the Members can be Flair, Arn, Tully, Ole, JJ, Barry and Sid.
As much as I love the character of Benoit and Pillman, they just weren't Horsemen to me. The 4 HM ceased to exist in the early 90's in my world.

It seems like you're going for people who aren't necessarily known for being a Horseman, but are a good fit. I haven't seen him mentioned, but I'll have to throw in the idea of Curt Hennig. If you're going with a fantasy lineup, HHH would make a good choice. It'd take a custom, but JBL crossed my mind, too. Pillman is the obvious one, but if you have the Hart Foundation too, I think he's a better fit there.
I always marked for Sid so much that I'd have to go with him, if I got around to customizing one. I've still got Flair on my to-do list. I don't like the permanent "woo" face of the CS head, and the TTL has a great sculpt, but the hair is too recent. I'd like to make a hybrid head of the two sometime down the line, when I have the time.

Well if Mattel would ever make my wish come true, then you could use a Barry Windham. But of coarse not! Now we are just sitting/praying/waiting/crying for the day.

Pillman was the rogue horseman, he wasn't supposed to fit in.

Bundy? He's a good foe for Bam Bam ( Sense you said you wanted brute type ) IMO I think Bundy would be the best fit for you're fed & 4HM.

As a long time NWA/JCP Horseman fan. Here's some realistic picks for a decent member to add to Flair, Arn & Tully (In the order I would put them)
Roddy Piper- Before he was the Hot Rod terrorizing Hulk Hogan in WWF, Piper was buddy buddy with Flair in Mid Atlantic Wrestling. They teamed frequently (as well as feuded a few times). Even once Piper returned to WCW, he was almost immediately thrown with Flair & The Horsemen as allies. I have always considered him being a #1 option had he not left for the WWF.
Brian Pillman- Some people dont like Pillman as a Horseman but I loved him. He gave the Horsemen something that they lacked, a high flyer. He was also a crazy lunatic which is something all heel faction should have IMO but the Horsemen never did (unless you count Sid)
Curt Hennig (Mr. Perfect)- For this, I recommend a custom. White boots, short black trucks and Hennig head. Make him look more like his AWA days as I just cant see a Horseman wearing a singlet. Perfect is like Piper though, he's got the ties to the other three members (although in WWF) and he fits the mold of a Horseman in being a pure athlete.
Under no circumstances would I ever put Dusty Rhodes, Road Warriors, Ricky Steamboat, or the Von Erichs in the group. Realistically, those guys were always the "good guys".
As for a guy like Orndorff, Rude or Martel, Arn Anderson always says that the Horsemen were 4 individuals acting as one. I see all those guys as just being individuals and not really fitting into a group. Maybe as a last resort choice but there's much better options IMO. Guys like Diesel, Bundy, Andre or Kamala...just to add a "big guy", absolutely not IMO. The some of the best incarnations of the Horsemen had nothing to do with the "Main Event guy, Tag team, Muscle" template. The Horsemen were about the best of the best in terms of wrestling. Piper, Pillman & Hennig fit that mold.

I know it probably won't help your question too much, but my dream Four Horsemen have always been...
Ric Flair Curt Hennig (And as the Hollywood Blondes)... Stunning Steve Flyin' Brian
