This figure swaps with the WWE Mattel figurines doesn't happen here in Singapore... Why is this problem so bad over there in the US??? Its turning out to be some sort of a negative trend....

Make the packaging have to be destroyed in order to get the figure out.

I say change the packaging to the plastic clam shell like McFarlane that you have to use scissors and destroy to open. Mattel couldn't care less after that if the store takes the entire shipment out back and burns it as long as the store keeps placing orders. i think this is basically it. once the money is accounted for , they dont care what happens.

They should install sensors that can tell when people repackage an incorrect figure, and once the sensor is triggered, it expels a cloud of poison that kills the person who is doing the repacking. It wouldn't be fair to customizers, but dammit, the end justifies the means.

Mattel should use drones. They should install sensors that can tell when people repackage an incorrect figure, and once the sensor is triggered, it expels a cloud of poison that kills the person who is doing the repacking. It wouldn't be fair to customizers, but dammit, the end justifies the means. Both of these are some of the best ideas put forth yet.

They should package the elites just like basics. If anyone thinks that retailers give a crap about action figures or should you are mistaken.
