I just found $400 dollars in savings bond, rolled up coins from a huge jar, and had some money to buy me some early birthday gifts. Spent $1000 on elite figures on ebay in the last two weeks. Good thing is that I am up to date with the figures and have all of the elites, bad thing is I just spent waaayyyyyy to much money.

I only spend on what I want. That usually adds up to $20-$60 a month on figures.

I made a deal with the woman that I would only buy one figure a month... but little does she know that didn't really take too well lol. On average I probably buy three a month though (always either Elites or old Legends), which I don't think is all that much.

I've been collecting for almost 1 year now and I'm pretty sure I have spent around atleast 2k on figures because I have a ton of Elites.

Good thing is if you need to get out you'll get at least half your money back

I typically only purchase about 2-5 figures every other month, sometimes even less. So it really doesn't hurt my wallet in the long run.

I've only been collecting for a little over a year, and joined this board last October. That really spiked the buying, lol. I'm just over 100 figs and I did the math a few weeks ago. I've prob spent around 2 grand. I don't limit myself to one figure a month or anything like that. Because if I pass on something, we all know you can regret it later and how hard it is to find it again. Plus the gas can make you end up spending more in the long run.
Yes my wife and I have very good jobs and are very grateful. I buy figs and Jordans, she buys purses and shoes. haha

Been in mattel since day 1 and bought about 220 figs and spent just shy a 2000. Pretty comprehensive collection, mostly elites, few loose ends aside, I'm really happy with it.

I spend almost $150 per month. And that's only for 3-4 figures. It's expensive here in this country. Even the inflated prices on WWEShop look appealing.

In the year I have collected figures properly,I have spent over £350,not that good for a 13 year-old to be doing if I'm honest.
