Trust me, I don't want to call anyone a liar here. I just want to see some solid proof after all these years. No offense, but I just cannot take your word for it. I, at least, need some sort of proof. I mean, you cannot even find a MOC picture of one ANYWHERE. You would think someone out there has one in their collection.

^ i understand how it is... none has surfaced in 25 years so it makes sense.. my cousin got it in like 90 or 91.. and i remember wondering why his was on black card, but i got mine in 89 for my bday on blue card... btw, both mine and his were purple skirt..
i definitely wish someone, somehow has one hidden somewhere and it shows up!

I've seen Elizabeth and Bam Bam in person on black cards at a memorabilia show in 1999 Parsippany, NJ and remember the dubious black carded Bret Hart that was on eBay in 2004. Each time I recall these memories, I am told that they never happened. Oh well.

First off romafan87.. You claim to have seen 3 impossible to find figures all at once. I'll take that for whatever its worth. Secondly, I think the black card Liz may have not been intended as a re release but a whole new figure all together. Kind of like the black strap Andre or white/red shirt Hogan. I'm thinking it may have been Liz wearing that provocative red night dress that she wore at Summerslam 89 with a new pose?? Perhaps she was going to be released with Bad News/Smash/Love ect.. But didnt make it to production. Again this is just a theory.

But didnt make it to production. Again this is just a theory. I have been collecting since 1990 and have seen a lot of things, particularly since I live in the heart of WWF country. I am routinely amazed and surprised by what does show up on this board that I would never have thought existed. I have also been to a lot of memorabilia shows (100+, probably) where rare items do show up and are quickly snatched away into private collections never to be seen again. That said, I saw the first two in person and the Bret Hart was on eBay in 2004 and caused quite a stir. I sincerely doubt the legitimacy of the Hart but the Liz and Bigelow pieces looked legitimate in person. For numerous years, it was a general consensus that Bigelow and Liz always had existed on black cards per their listings as such in the Lee's and Tomart's price guides. The counter point to that is that it was also believed One Man Gang was released on a black card and a price was listed for that figure when, to the best of my knowledge, one has never been listed on eBay.

People say they saw these rare figures that nobody has seen in person in the last 20 years, let alone ONE picture of them being available online, other than the 1 blatantly fake Bam Bam on black card. I trust proof over childhood memories that are 25 years old. Not calling anyone a liar, but the memory is a fickle thing... It's easy to "misremember."
