WFWF Up The Garden Path Pre-Show
Alecia Matthews: Welcome to the WFWF exclusive pre-show match! Tonight the World Champion Dex, is squaring off against Trace’s own ally, Joe Bishop! Not only that, but Jayson Garrett will be taking on Drakz after his brutal assault following Drakz’s victory over the now retired Cameron Stone.
Samael Ahriman: Tonight on the pre-show we have three new debuts, squaring off in a triple threat match!
Cameron Stone: That indeed. These guys are fighting to achieve their dreams here tonight.
Alecia Matthews: And there is more left in store for tonight! Dave Demento vs. Josh Dean are guys on the opposite spectrum of things, yet they wrestle tonight. Dave Demento tagged with Johnny Magnum only to lose to The Final Revolution, while Josh Dean found himself in an impromptu match with insanity himself, Phillip Schneider.
Cameron Stone: Speaking of Johnny Magnum, tonight he finds himself facing veteran Justin Tyger in the WFWF National Championship Semi-Final. Nikki Dean received a bye to the finals and now finds herself facing Daniel Kirkbride. It should be an excellent match-up.
Alecia Matthews: And our opening match will be a WFWF Four Way Eliminator, one will pull through to advance and fight in a triple threat match for the National Championship.
Samael Ahriman: And here comes Christina Adina to announce our WFWF pre-show exclusive match.
Christina Adina: The follow contest is a triple threat match! From Yonkers, New York, weighing in at two hundred and twenty five pounds ANTE WHITNER!
Like A Storm- Gangster's Paradise, As the music begins to play, grey smoke appears at the stage and Ante walks out with a black hoodie. He looks up with a smirk on his face that quickly turns to an angry, confused look. He pulls of the hood and walks down the ramp very loopy-like. He enters the ring and screams, "Are you with me or not?".
Cameron Stone: This kid is one creepy guy, he debuted at Twisted, with a strange vignette. It should be interesting to see if he can make in impact here tonight.
Samael Ahriman: Yeah his debut was full of, twitching, to say the least. But let’s see if he’s made up of tough stuff!
Christina Adina: And his opponent, from Boonville, Missouri weighing in at three hundred and twenty five pounds, GABRIEL BLAAACK!
"Long Hard Times To Come" by Gangstagrass plays as Gabriel Black walks down the aisle, focused as he slides into the ring, eyeing Ante Whitner.
Alecia Matthews: Gabriel Black has been working on the independent scene for twenty years now, at forty six he’s finally achieved his goal, now he just wants one more run before he goes out.
Samael Ahriman: He’s forty six? Going to be interesting to see if Gabriel still has what it takes, but at six eleven he’s going to just about dominate no matter his age.
Christina Adina: And from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, weighing at one hundred and eighty nine pounds, R.JJJJ WILSON!
“Wait and bleed” by Slipknot plays as the arena goes black filled with loud screaming fans and pyro goes off. The crazed superstar runs out screaming and as he walks down the ramp he smacks his fans hands and trash talking his haters. As he makes it to the steel steps he climbs up the turnbuckle and raises his right hand and jumps off the top rope with pyro flying.
Samael Ahriman: This guy is quite the character, his face-paint says it all. Any back-story on him Alecia?
Alecia Matthews: R.J is also very familiar to the indie wrestling scene, and is a daredevil inside the ring, he has also said to have been scouted by the upper tier of the WFWF.
Cameron Stone: This kid may be the smallest in the ring, but who knows, all of these guys are filled with potential. But it all begins right now!
Ding Ding Ding!
The bell rings as Gabriel Black rushes towards the much smaller R.J Wilson. Gabriel lariats R.J, who topples over the top rope and remains groggy on the apron. Gabriel looking to take advantedge is met by a hard roundhouse kick to his upper back from Ante Whitner. Gabriel focuses his attention on Ante, the two lock-up with Gabriel putting Ante in a headlock. R.J regains his balance and jumps up, springboarding onto the top rope and jumping onto the much bigger Gabriel Black! Black falls as Ante Whitner takes advantage and begins to grapple with R.J.
Samael Ahriman: The match has just barely begun and all three of these men are putting all they've got here on the line!
Alecia Matthews: All of these men are using their strong suits here tonight. Gabriel is a powerhouse, R.J is a high flyer, and Whitner is a technical wrestler.
Ante irish whips R.J into the opposite turnbuckle and begins to run towards him. Ante attempts a clothesline but R.J ducks the maneuver and dropkicks Ante back towards the turnbuckles. R.J is met with a big forearm to the chest, as Black continues to punch R.J, making him groggy so he’s able to put him in a headlock, which he succeeds in doing. Gabriel lifts Wilson on his shoulders, Wilson resists kicking and punching the bigger Black, but Black throws him back down onto the mat.
Cameron Stone: What a wicked powerbomb!
Alecia Matthews: All of these men are proving their stripes out here tonight.
Black whose back is turned against the now roaming Whitner is locked into a dangerous sleeper hold! Whiter applies the pressure as both of them are on the mat. Black is in the center of the ring with no where to escape! Luckily Wilson manages to make it onto two feet, instead of immediately breaking the hold, he runs towards the top rope! He begins climbing the turnbuckles!
Samael Ahriman: What is this kid doing?!? He’s going to get hurt!
Cameron Stone: Well R.J Wilson is a risk taker, and he’s taking a big risk here!
Wilson jumps off of the top rope and soars into the air, perfectly flipping and hitting his finisher, the Swanton Bomb! Wilson lands on the belly of the submitted Gabriel Black, whose impact smashes Ante Whitner!
Cameron Stone: Holy sh*t! The fans are going wild! The risk has paid off for R.J Wilson here tonight!
Ante Whitner has no choice but to break the hold as Gabriel Black rolls off of the downed Whitner. Wilson stands receiving a good pop from the crowd, he runs towards the ropes and jumps off of the middle rope, flipping over and attempting a moonsault! Gabriel Black who sees the move coming, rolls back over towards Ante Whitner as Wilson’s stomach bounces up from the mat. He begins clenching onto his stomach as Gabriel Black lifts Whitner up.
Alecia Matthews: Well, now Wilson is left in pain after his failed moonsault attempt.
Samael Ahriman: The first time he nailed it, but being a daredevil isn't a safe bet no matter what you do. R.J has probably taken a ton of mistakes like those in his indie wrestling career.
Gabriel Black locks Ante Whinter in a headlock and he lifts up Whitner’s legs, he hits a standard scoop slam and kneels down for the pin. The referee quickly slides and begins to count.
1..
2..
KICKOUT BY WHITNER!
Alecia Matthews: Just about everyone has had a strong showing in this match so far, who is the stand out in your opinion?
Cameron Stone: Can’t say at the moment, each guy has their strengths and weaknesses and I see a lot of potential in all three of these men.
Black sits up in frustration catching his break as Wilson gets onto two feet and runs towards the resting Black. He jumps up and kicks Black square in the jaw! Black falls back hard onto the mat as Wilson goes for the pin!
1…
Cameron Stone: This might just be it here!
2…
KICKOUT BY BLACK!
Samael Ahriman: Black finds it in him to avoid the loss here!
Alecia Matthews: Black has more experience than both of these men combined! He knows his way in the ring, but the question is, can he keep up at this point? R.J is as green as they come, he’s fast and unpredictable. While Ante is a very methodical technical worker.
Cameron Stone: I see big things from all three of these men. Wilson is definitely explosive in the ring, but both Ante and Gabriel are very smart in the ring. Gabriel has experience while Ante has pure intellect.
Wilson stands up grabbing onto the top rope about to hit a springboard maneuver, when suddenly Ante slides to the legs of Wilson and drags him for school boy!
Cameron Stone: RJ is still holding onto the rope! The referee can’t count the pin yet, if he counts to five Wilson wins this one by disqualification!
The referee counts to one! But Wilson lets go of the rope and Ante rolls him up for a school boy pin. Now the referee slides back to the ground and begins the count!
Alecia Matthews: Here’s the cover by Ante Whitner!
Samael Ahriman: This looks like it’s it for Wilson!
1…
2…
3…!
Christina Adina: And the winner of this match by pinfall, ANTEEEEEE WHITNEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEER!
Whitner stands raising his arm with a smirk on his face.
Alecia Matthews: And that concludes our WFWF.com Exclusive Pre-Show match. Later tonight at we’ll have the World Champion go against Joe Bishop, along with Josh Dean who joined us on commentary at Twisted, taking on Dave Demento!
Cameron Stone: And don’t forget Drakz is taking on Jayson Garrett later tonight as well!
Alecia Matthews: Thank you for tuning in!

During his match with Joshua Dean, Dave Demento was violently hit with a steel chair by Phillip Schneider! A few days following the attack, Demento was diagnosed with a very serious concussion. We have gotten word that doctors have not cleared Dave, but, current WFWF General Manager, Lila Sleater has given the green light for the Joe Bishop and Dave Demento clash to go ahead as planned. Will Demento be healthy enough for his Battle at the Garden?

WFWF presents:
Battle at the Garden Pre -show
Alecia Matthews: Hello and welcome to the WFWF.com exclusive, Battle At The Garden pre-show match. The fans here at Madison Square Garden are already buzzing for what is sure to be an incredible event, tonight Dex will defend his World Championship for the first time against three other men, Drakz, Trace Demon and Jayson Garrett. Samael Ahriman: Not only that but Philip Schneider is going to face Josh Dean in an 'I Respect You' Match, which promises to be an absolute show stealer. Demon's stooge Joe Bishop defends his International Championship against Dave Demento in a Steel Cage Match. And a new National Champion will be crowned when Shapiro, Nikki Dean and Justin Tyger clash in a Triple Threat Match. As 'Gangster's Paradise' begins to play, grey smoke appears at the top of the stag and Ante Whitner walks out wearing a black hoodie. He looks up with a smirk on his face that quickly turns to an angry, confused look. He pulls of the hood and walks down the ramp very loopy-like. He enters the ring and screams, "Are you with me or not?", before turning and coming face to face with one of his two opponents, Axel Thornstowe who is already standing in his corner. Alecia Matthews: Without a doubt this has the potential to be one of the most eventful nights in WFWF history, but our focus right now is on this eliminator to determine the #1 Contender to the National Championship. Samael Ahriman: Yes, this a huge opportunity for these three men, one will earn a shot at that belt that has been held by the likes of Hutton Brown, Drakz, Trace Demon, Reverend Shadow, Ace Bennett, it can be a huge stepping stone for any wrestler breaking into the WFWF. Alecia Matthews: Oh absolutely. Of course the winner of this match will be going up against Shapiro, Nikki Dean or Justin Tyger depending on who comes out on top in tonight’s much anticipated tournament final. I'm sure that all three will be keeping an eye on this match to get an insight into their potential opponent. 'God of Emptiness' blasts around Madison Square Garden as Justin North appears at the top of the ramp, beating his chest to the music. As the lyrics kick in, North lets out a huge scream. Pyro flies from side to side as North charges down the ring, slapping hands with the fans in the front row. North enters the ring and prepares for the #1 Contendership Match.Samael Ahriman: Here we go. The lanky North gets off to a quick start, knocking Ante down with a clothesline, and following it up by taking Thornstowe down with a huge boot to the face. Ante gets back to is feet but is knocked back down with a shoulder barge from North, Thornstowe suffers the same fate as he gets back to his feet. Revelling in his quick start Justin North lets out a huge scream.Alecia Matthews: North gets off to a fast start. But he's brought right back down to earth by Ante Whitner who pounces up and regains control with a couple of elbow smashes to the back of North's head. The New Yorker then hit a huge German Release Suplex sending North crashing into the mat, to the delight of the hometown crowd.Samael Ahriman: Ante is getting a great reception from this sell out crowd, and this is a great opportunity for him to take control of this match. Sensing an opportunity to push home his advantage, Ante grabbed Thornstowe, who was still struggling to his feet, and threw him over the top rope. Thornstowe landed nastily on the outside, going head first into the barricade, and ending up flat out on the outside. With Thornstowe showing no signs of movement, Ante focused his attention back on North. Alecia Matthews: Ouch, that looked nasty. Samael Ahriman: Thornstowe is showing no signs of movement, and Ante is right back on the attack. Bang, bang, bang. North got to his feet, but soon wishes he hadn't as a series of stiff right hands leave his nose bloodied and leave him rocking in the middle of the ring. Looking to get an early elimination, Ante grabs the arm of North and tries to pull him down to the mat, in order to lock in the 'Bloody Yonkers', but despite getting North to the ground he couldn't quite complete the crossface. North just about managed to struggle free and the two men get back to their feet, retreating into opposite corners of the ring. Alecia Matthews: Well it looked like North was heading out of this #1 Contendership Match, he does well to escape it. The two men stalk each other, circling around the ring multiple times, before engaging in an elbow and collar tie up in the center of the ring. Both struggle for control, and it looks like the bigger or the two North, is destined to take control, but a couple of knees to the gut and a perfectly executed suplex keep Ante in control to the delight of the crowd here at the Garden. Samael Ahriman: Ante really needs to kill this one off now. From out of nowhere Ante is flattened with a spear. It comes from Thornstowe who had just managed to recover and return to the ring. He goes for the pin.
1...
2...
No! Alecia Matthews: Kick out from Ante. Samael Ahriman: Axel came out of nowhere there, it would have been a travesty if he had eliminated Ante at this stage. With Ante down for the time being, Thornstowe, who is still clearly a little groggy, focuses on North. Axel lifts Justin North to his feet, and sends him crashing right back down to the mat with a scoop slam. He goes for the pin.
1...
No Chance.
An easy kick out for North, and all three men are able to get to their feet. Thornstowe makes the move, again hitting a spear, this time taking North down again. The debutant stands over Justin North, admiring his work, but he made the mistake of forgetting about Ante, who grabs and arms and pulls him down into the 'Bloody Yonkers', Thornstowe tries to struggle free, but he doesn't stand a chance. With no way of escaping and in excruciating pain, Axel Thornstowe has to tap out, signaling his elimination from the match. Samael Ahriman: That was a criminal mistake from Axel Thornstowe, you can't turn your back on any opponent in a multi-man match. He's cost himself a shot at the National Championship. Alecia Matthews: Absolutely, but credit has to go to Ante as well, he's looked really impressive in the early stages. We're left with two, Ante Whitner and Justin North, who is down on the mat, still recovering from the spear at the hands of the now eliminated Thornstowe. Ante looks to take advantage, hammering blows down on North, who is doing very little to protect himself. North takes an absolute beating with fists and clubbing blows to the face. Eventually Ante yields, letting North stagger up to his feet.Samael Ahriman: This is a brilliant position for Ante, if he can capitalize on this he'll make it two wins in a row. It's be a great start to his WFWF career and he'd have booked himself a title match straight away. Alecia Matthews: The key word being 'if', he's got to show that killer instinct now. Ante looks to do that, trying to pull North down to the ground and lock in his signature hold, but the big man is able to keep himself upright. A frustrated Ante instead hits a few really nasty European uppercuts that leave North barely able to stand. He doesn't know where he is.Ante again looks to pull Justin North down and lock in the 'Bloody Yonkers', this time he's successful to the delight of the Madison Square Garden crowd, who are practically begging North to tap. Ante looks to apply as much pressure as possible and North is clearly going nowhere, but he desperately doesn't want to tap.Alecia Matthews: Ante is so close to grabbing a second win in succession here. Samael Ahriman: North can't hold on much longer. North's hand hovers above the mat for a few moments, and as Ante applies even more pressure, his opponent has no choice but to tap out. Ante Whitner claims the victory, the second in his WFWF career and he becomes the Number One Contender to National Championship.
Alecia Matthews: A great win for Ante Whitner here tonight, he earns a shot at one of the more prestigious belts in professional wrestling, the WFWF National Championship. Samael Ahriman: And the fans are loving it. If he's smart, Ante won't be celebrating for too long though, he, like the rest of the WFWF fan base, has to watch tonight’s stacked show, to find out who he'll be facing for that belt. It's a great chance for him to scout his next opponent and try to come up with a game plan for that title match. Alecia Matthews: Well that's all we've got time for on this WFWF.com exclusive pre-show, be sure to tune in to Battle Of The Garden, it promises to be one hell of a show. Samael Ahriman: Absolutely, it's a stacked card, competitive and exciting matches line up from top to bottom, it's going to be great. Alecia Matthews: Thanks for tuning in folks, a dominant performance from Ante Whitner is the story of the Battle At The Garden Pre-Show.

Battle at the Garden, a live and exclusive WFWF.com interview!
Following his grueling match, Dave Demento had made his way to the trainer's area. With the International Championship sitting on his lap, Demento sits in glory as the doctor tends to his wounds with the staple gun in hand. From the amount of blood loss and the deep gash, Demento was passed the need for stitches as Phe sits slyly while he's receiving staples to close his wound. But from the shadows emerges the very engaging Daniel Knight with a microphone in his hand.
Daniel Knight: Dave, you just had a very vicious steel cage match with Joe Bishop in which you had emerged the victor. What is going through your head right now?
Dave Demento: Currently Daniel, it's staples.
Daniel Knight: What I meant was what did you think of your match?
Dave Demento: I know what you meant, dude. You didn't think I was just going to sit here and give you the cold shoulder? First off, I want to congratulate Nikki Dean on becoming the newest National Champion. You did awesome, and you are certainly one to watch in the future, champ. Now back to my match, well what is there to say? Joe Bishop put up a valiant fight. He gave it his all and even tried to take the cheap route and had Jason Anders interfere in our match. A fifteen foot high steel cage and yet Joe Bishop found a way to stack the odds in his favor. He bludgeoned me with a steel pipe, he drove salt into my wounds, he gave it all he had. But what do you see on my lap Daniel?
Daniel Knight: The WFWF International Championship belt.
Dave Demento: Exactly. What I hold in my hand is what Joe Bishop couldn't hold on to. Tonight was my redemption night, and I fully intend on keeping this belt with me a lot longer than I did back in December when I beat Thunder for it. Back then was different, I am a much different Dave Demento. I'm no longer the guy who anybody can take advantage of. Joe Bishop is like that, he's a lost puppy and now that he's aligned himself with Trace Demon, he's lost everything that he had. He lost pools of blood, he lost his pride and now, he's lost this.
Demento swings the championship belt over his shoulder with a smile on his face as out of nowhere the trainer's room door swings wide open as a crimson covered Joe Bishop stands in the doorway with the bloody lead pipe from the cage match in his hands. He lunges his way at his foe and swings the pipe back and cracks Dave on the skull with the solid lead. Demento falls backwards from the table as he reaches his feet and starts throwing punches but Bishop takes the low road and swiflty connects the pipe with Demento's sack! The new International champion lays on the ground in a heap as Joe Bishop stands over top of him, throwing the pipe down to the ground, and getting in the last laugh.

News & Rumours
A reliable source (the man himself) informs us that the newly crowned WFWF World Heavyweight Champion and two time Hall of Famer Drakz will be making an appearance on the upcoming "Grudge" show even without being booked to wrestle on the card.
When asked in what capacity he was going to feature he replied:
"I'm going to be doing what I do best, talking. A whole lot of talking. I'm not sure why I'm being so cryptic to be honest. What I'm trying to say is I'm on commentary for the entire show seeing as Stone and Ahriman are both going to be taking it to the ring. It's about time the fans at home had someone entertaining to listen to. Oh and Alecia will be there as well."
Be sure to tune in this week to hear the champ calling the action.

Following his win over Shapiro earlier during the night, the current WFWF International Champion chose to head to the bar at the Bankers Life Fieldhouse in beautiful Indianapolis, Indiana to celebrate with his rabid fans. As he downed his drink, a line of rotund men with pubescent beards and unwashed clothes formed a line asking for autographs and pictures with the current WFWF International Champion. Our very own Daniel Knight made his way beside Demento, with a microphone in hand, wanting an interview.Daniel Knight: Ladies and gentleman, for WFWF.com, I am Daniel Knight and I am standing next to the current WFWF International champion Dave Demento. Inside of the Bankers Field House in Indianapolis, what went through your mind earlier tonight when you faced off against Shapiro? Dave turned his head to give the interviewer a killing glare, but as Knight gulped in fear, Dave immediately changed to a smile and patted Daniel on the back.Dave Demento: I've got to give credit to the kid. Shapiro hung in there for quite a while with me. He gave it his all, and he showed that he wanted it. He just didn't want it bad enough. I want to give props to the kid though, he almost got me on one occasion. He shows that heart and dedication in the future, if he comes back from this loss, then he might see himself a championship opportunity. But tonight, he was just another victim of the Viking Spear. Dave motions for the next fan to come into the shot and proceeded to sign his piece of merchandise and take a photo. Only this time, Daniel Knight weaseled his way into the shot and gave a very sarcastic smile. Now back to business.Daniel Knight: Following your match, Joe Bishop appeared on the jumbo screen and delivered a message towards you. He announced that this battle between you two isn't over and that he won't stop until he stands over your "bloody carcass" holding "his" International championship. Dave Demento: Did you really have to do the air quotes? Daniel Knight: Why yes. Dave Demento: You want to know what I think of what Joe Bishop said? It's a load of crock. I beat him fairly and pinned him one, two, three to win my International championship. What doesn't he get? I am better than him, and beating him proves that. He wants to say that I was a coward after the beating I took from Solomon Crow and his cronies? He can go ahead and say that. It's his opinion, and his opinion stinks, but it is his opinion. When Solomon Crow took me out, I was forced into the hospital for months. I was never a coward, and if The Final Revolution didn't take him out the week before I returned, Solomon Crow would've been on my plate. I would have ended him. By myself, might I add. I wouldn't need the help of another person. And out from the corner of the frame comes in a guy with long hair that has flown into the air and tackles the International champion to the ground. He is wailing on the champion as the camera zooms out to reveal the man to be Joe Bishop. Bishop continues to deliver punches to the head of the champion, that is until the large crowd of Dave Demento fans pull the revolutionary off of their man. Demento brings himself to his feet and launches himself into Joe Bishop with punches of his own, the two trading blows. Bishop grabs hold of Dave's hair and drags him next to the bar itself, and just as he's about to violently slam the leader of the Demented's head to a bloody death, Dave puts out his hand and reverses.
Using a violent elbow to Bishop's sternum, Dave gets the momentum as he grabs Bishop's head and swings his fist back. As he's about to connect with the former International champion, Bishop ducks underneath and runs off out of the bar and out of the camera shot. Dave brings his focus back to the camera, with a fire in his eyes.Dave Demento: RUN SCARED YOU LITTLE BITCH! Next week, you better watch the show Bishop. Because your end will be announced by yours truly.

WFWF.COM Exclusive - Dave Demento vs. Joe Bishop Following Dave Demento's announcement that he will be addressing Joe Bishop's attacks at 'The Takeover', we here at WFWF.COM caught up with the former International Champion Joe Bishop. The Englishman was unwilling to answer the majority of our questions, but we can bring you the exclusive news that Joe Bishop will be using his rematch clause at the next WFWF Pay-Per-View to take on Dave Demento for the International Championship.
The Final Revolution member told us, 'At Battle At The Garden, I was humiliated by Dave Demento. And last week I was humiliated by Penny Shannon. I want to put that right, I have a clause in my contract that entitles me to a rematch for the International Championship and I'm going to use that to get my hands on Dave Demento. I've not really got a lot else to say, after my last two matches I have to go out to that ring and prove myself there.”
A string of 'no comments' followed as we probed Bishop about his recent attempts to blindside Dave Demento, and he certainly wasn't willing to be drawn on the conclusion to WFWF Grudge. But what we do know, is that Dave Demento and Joe Bishop are set to once again go head to head for the WFWF International Championship.

WFWF.com ExclusiveOur cameras caught up with a visibly shocked Jayson Garrett backstage following his loss to Josh Dean and his partner, Chase Landon, returning to save him from a two on one beatdown. These were his thoughts.Well Jayson, obviously you're disappointed with your loss to Josh, but what had this crowd buzzing after the match was the return of the other half of the tag team champions Chase Landon. What were your thoughts when Chase saved you from another DMK ordered attack?First and foremost, as far as I'm concerned, Chase Landon isn't the tag team champion. I've carried these belts around on my own since Superbrawl. If Chase thinks he can waltz in and take credit for any of what I've done, then he has another thing coming. I'll work together for me. As for what I think? You'll find out when I decide to let everyone know. I'm done here, I'm leaving. Our interviewer and camera man tried to continue on with the conversation to have Jayson address his match further along with addressing the near attack, but Jayson refused to answer any other questions. We hope to keep you updated on the current state of Hollywood Unhinged's relationship as WFWF World Tag Team champions.

WFWF.COM Exclusive - Daniel Kirkbride - Savior? He's currently one of the fastest rising young talents in the WFWF, with an as-of-yet undefeated record to bolster his upward momentum. As such, it may not come as much of a surprise to hear that Daniel Kirkbride has garnered the attention of the WFWF's premier vigilante squad, The Saviors of Salvation.
An air of mutual respect was clear following Kirkbride's hard fought victory over SOS and current International Champion Dave Demento at The Takeover, and now sources are coming out in droves with reports that, following Nikki Dean's possibly career halting injury, that olive branch was extended further still in the form of an offer for Daniel Kirkbride to join the ranks of the fight for the future of the WFWF!
As of press time, confirmation was not available as to whether or not Kirkbride has agreed to take up arms alongside the likes of Demento, Joshua Dean, and Penny Shannon. Rumors are, however, abound that Kirkbride will break the radio silence that has followed him since his debut when he addresses the SOS's offer LIVE at the upcoming Men & Monsters event!
Stay tuned to WFWF.com for all the latest breaking and up to date stories on Daniel Kirkbride, the SOS, and all of your favorite WFWF stars!

WFWF PresentsMen & Monsters Pre-ShowChrista Adina: Standing in the ring, weighing in at two hundred and fifteen pounds… AXEL THORNSTOWE! As the music begins to play, grey smoke appears at the stage and Ante walks out with a black hoodie. He looks up with a smirk on his face that quickly turns to an angry, confused look. He pulls of the hood and walks down the ramp very loopy-like. He enters the ring and screams, "Are you with me or not?".Christa Adina: And his opponent, weighing in at two hundred and twenty five pounds… ANTE WHITNER!!! The bell rings three times as both men look confused by the absence of Shapiro. He didn’t even bother showing up for the match. Ante and Axel both head to the middle of the ring and engage in a collar and elbow tie up, Axel takes the advantage first forcing Ante down on one knee to a chorus of boos from the audience.Whitner, the veteran of the match, gets back to his vertical base and it’s now his turn to take the advantage of the tie-up. He forces Thornstowe to one knee and he also gets a loud chorus of jeers from the fans here in the arena. Ante lets go with one hand, and brings his foot over Thornstowe’s head to hit him with a very violent kick. Axel goes down to the mat, with cobwebs in his brain.Ante goes for the pinfall....One…...Tw…Kickout! Axel is still in this thing. Axel rolls over to the ropes and grabs a hold of each one as he pulls himself to a vertical base. Unfortunately, Ante runs directly at him and crushes him with a knee to the midsection. Crumpling down to the mat, Axel struggles for breath as Ante takes his time to raise his arms up in the air to taunt the fans, garnering even more boos. However, Axel brings his arm up and latches on to Ante’s tights, pulling him down the mat into a school boy pinfall attempt!...One…...Two…...Thre…At the last possible second, Ante gets his shoulder up and kickouts! Axel rolls over to his stomach and jumps up to his feet, clenching his fists ready for a fight. Ante gets back to his feet and grabs a hold of Thornstowe’s gothic head. He whips him across the ring, rebounding off the ropes and Whitner clotheslining him to the mat. He goes for another pinfall....One…...Two…...Th…Axel gets his shoulder up again, as Ante changes his game plan and puts his attention on the arm of the gothic grinch. Whitner latches on to the limb, wrapping his legs around it and connecting with his Bloody Yonkers finishing maneuver! Ante locks it in at full force, forcing Axel no option but to tap out as we have a new WFWF National Champion!Christa Adina: The winner of the match, and NEW WFWF National Champion…….. ANTE WHITNER!!! Ante stands tall with the National Title in hand and refuses the referee's handshake. Ante looks outside of the ring and asks for a microphone.Ante Whitner: Oh boy, you know that feeling when you've won something and it just won't go off your mind? *chuckles* I'm pretty sure I do. The crowd roars deafening boos. Ante smirks.Ante Whitner: There is absolutely no point in talking to you disgusting filth right now. I'm the king of your beloved America now. There isn't any queen around here anymore! The crowd boos again, louder this time. Some Nikki Dean chants go out.Ante Whitner: You guys just laughed at me when I was beaten by Penny Shannon and Nikki Dean, right? The crowd cheers for a second until Ante interrupts.Ante Whitner: Losing is apart of living folks, get over it. I'm here to show the entire world that I'm not some lunatic off his Aderol. I'm not a human nor a monster, I'm a bloody eagle. The bald one that represents this god damn country and all that's wrong with it. The crowd boos yet again. Ante continues.Ante Whitner: These Saviors that have beaten me down twice in a row have nothing to stop me. They don't represent liberty, justice or freedom. They bleed the familiar lies many have previously shed. They stand for themselves. What, did you think they really stood for you? The crowd boos Ante as he just smirks. He starts to scratch his head and his face of content turns into a face of hatred.Ante Whitner: This message goes to the Saviors of Salvation. Keep your hands off me, or things will get messy. I am the National Champion and you Americans better bow down before your true savior, the Eagle, Ante Whitner. Ante drops the microphone and kicks a nearby barricade as his entrance music plays. The crowd boos as Ante stands at the top ramp yelling out to the crowd, "Are you with me or not?! I am the National Champion, bow before me!!"

Trace Demon Injured! Many people are asking why the owner of the WFWF and current number one contender to the World Heavyweight Championship Trace Demon isn’t in action at WFWF Black Friday. Well now we have an answer. Announced by the man himself and his personal physician Trace Demon sustained a serious leg injury due to the attack by Drakz and is not medically cleared to compete. Trace Demon gave an exclusive quote to WFWF.COM regarding the injury and an insight on how he’s going to challenge Drakz with an injury: “It’s a serious injury, I’m struggling to walk right now, struggling to even get out of bed without my leg feeling like it’s snapping in two and that’s because of Drakz. The man’s a coward. We all know Drakz injured me because he’s scared to face me but I’m not going to let that stop me. I might be on crutches right now and the doctors might be refusing to medically clear me to compete but guess what? I’m the owner of this company and I don’t need anyone’s permission to fight when the WFWF World Heavyweight Championship is on the line.” While he won’t be in action Trace Demon has confirmed that he will be appearing at Black Friday, albeit on crutches, for the all-important contract signing between himself and Drakz. If we know anything about contract signings is that this one isn’t going to end well.

Absence of the Champ
Many people have noted the fact that WFWF World Heavyweight Champion Drakz, who at The Clash defended his title against Trace Demon, isn't booked on the Homecoming show. As is the culture of the internet a number of rumors are circulating regarding the reasoning behind this. Was he injured during the match? Is he reaching an age where he can't compete so readily every week? Did he even fly back from the UK after the show finished? We at the WFWF.com press team want to put these rumors to bed and officially announce that Drakz WILL be making an appearance in Portland as he feels there is a lot to be said about what happened at The Clash and who he deems a worthy challenger for his belt as we work towards the next Pay Per View. One thing is for sure, he's got a lot to answer for regarding a certain steel chair.

In other news, Phillip Schneider has, in fact, reached an age where he can't compete so readily every week.

The former World Champion Dex, following his injury, a brutal assault by Phillip Schneider which left him indefinitely injured. Former WFWF Champion to Return From Injury January 12th, 2015
On October 2nd, 2014, Dex experienced a near career ending experience by the longest reigning WFWF Champion of all time, as well as arguably the most psychotic figure in the wrestling world, Phillip Schneider. Schneider's attack led to multiple fractured ribs, including cartilage tear among his abdominal area. Dex, the former protege of Shawn Malakai, was hospitalized for months in a rehabilitation program. Following the incident, many speculated that Dex's tenure on WFWF Television would soon end. Surprisingly enough, Dex defied the odds cast upon him by injury, and is expected to return against 'Diamond Jack Sabbath,' at WFWF 'Homecoming.' This will mark Dex's first televised appearance since October, 2014. Though the thought still remains, will Dex be able to maintain a healthy status against an opponent as anticipatory of his third match in the WFWF as Diamond Jack Sabbath? We'll keep you updated, right here, on WFWF.com.
