Well they can't be lying no more, cause I got a Brodus Clay the other week from Wal mart and the leg was so stiff it snapped at the groin. Well I emailed Mattel seeing about a replacement voucher and they wouldn't do it. They said they would send me a form in 48 hours to fill out and send back, then they would send UPS labels for me to package the figure up and send back, and they said it could take 6-8 weeks for me to get my voucher. I said forget that, ill just pay the $20 and buy my own replacement.
So either Mattel did get strict and demanding to see the product now and receipt of purchase, or they just never gave free vouchers to begin with.

The worst part is that he says his friends are doing this too. At a loss for words. If you are really that hard up for money you scam a toy company than you have much bigger problems. Sad. Just sad.
