They were pieces that the Mattel team made purely for display. Much like the legends Brawlin' Buddies and the mini purple figures we saw. It was just a thing they decided to do for displays to make them more interesting.

I would love to have seen a line like this, the look insanely detailed.

The Gooker figure would be a flashback, legend or exclusive. It would not sell well because who wants a chicken figure besides extremely die hard collectors. I don't think even regular legend collectors would be interested. If they sold it, they would just use the terrible sales as evidence to never make legends, flashbacks or exclusives ever again. plus only 5 people actually want the Gobbledy Gooker

I wonder if they could ever to the Gooker as like an exclusive just for us on the boards? Make 500, all would sell.

The statue, life size Taker and Beth doll were things they did for "fun" for the conventions. Gooker I think Bill said they wanted to guage the response of to see if it had a future on Matty Collectors. But we know how the WWE brand went on Matty

I wish they'd make things like that. I was a big fan of the Unmatched Fury line and would love a finishing move type of line by Mattel. Punk doing the GTS, Orton doing the RKO, Cena doing the AA, Sheamus doing the Brogue Kick, HBK doing Sweet Chin Music, I'd love it all.

Something to get people to talk about their product. It's working (on several current threads).
