I appreciate the comparison dude. I just ordered the Elite 19 Kane and I'm pretty stoked! Just one question, I have the Basic 23 Kane and I want to remove his elbow pads and put them on Elite 19. Is there a certain way to take off the glove of both Basic 23 and Elite 19? I don't want to break the part that goes into the wrist. No worries mate. The E19 is a great fig and the details on it will likley be better than E22 because the attire became more simplified and we arent sure of E22s accessories. You will need to add those elbow pads. Luckily I had a spare elite4/bo2012 kane so i could take the pads off easy. With B23, you are gonna have to heat up the hand and its peg to remove it. The glove wrist section can slide off and then take the elbow pad off then reassemble the wrist area. The elbow pad can slide over the glove thing when you put it on the e19 just you cant take it off by sliding (or at least not without nearly ripping the pad in half). When you say, "heat it up", you mean just dip the glove portion into boiling water? Or could I just run it under hot water from my sink? And for how long? I just don't want to f**k my figure up in any way lol.

Get a pot and put enough water in so whatever figure part you wanna remove will be underwater. Heat it to boil and put figure in for about a min or so. plastic will hot and easy to pop out on and off and wont harm the figure in any way. Works on any part of the figure.

I would love it if it was the elite version of basic 26 figure.

For the love of cake, no more smiling Big Show headscan please. They've been awful from the start & it's been time for a new one for a looong time. If The Giant is a smiley Big Show with hair I'm going to be thoroughly disgusted.
I hope Kane has elbow pads at least this time, if it is an Elite 19 repaint.
