But what im trying to say is that it makes since to search the forum before making a thread about it. Do it. I dare you. Then you'll have someone like "you bumped a month old thread lol n00b" and it'll be as pointless as the threads you mentioned (to say nothing of this thread). Also, while you may not care about "How do you collect" and "E20" threads, they're here because A.) certain members are interested in OTHER collectors' habits as well, and not selfish a-holes who only think THEIR way of collecting is right. It's about getting to know other collectors, and not just about who found what figure today. and B.) people like to speculate. The threads on this board about "what will E20 _______ be wearing?" are no different than the suggestion board's threads about "what attire should the next ______ be in?" It's just figure collectors having fun and trying to have conversations about the hobby they enjoy. Do you not like talking with people? What threads DO you want to see? The ones where a guy buys 50 Brock Lesnar figures and decides to try and sell them on eBay? Or what about the threads about Ringside? 'Cause we've got threads like those, too. |

It's a public message board. You're going to see stuff on here that doesn't interest you. I visit this board at least twice a day. Over the years I've gotten lots of exciting news from this very board, and I've seen some nostalgic customs, innovative fix ups, awesome figure collections that go all the way back to the 80s, and through it all I probably open only 15-20% of the threads ever posted on here.
Often I'll open them and immediately realize I don't care. But I've already wasted a few seconds of my time clicking through; why waste more time telling people that I'm not interested?? I never understand that. Anyway . . .
Sometimes people say things that I disagree with, and I'll say I disagree with it. Some call that trolling, but I call it having a different opinion. But disagreeing on a figure who should take a flashback spot and telling someone they talk about something too much is completely different. Because a flashback spot affects all flashback collectors; twelve elite 20 threads does not impact you. So ignore them.
Besides, the turnover rate on page one of this board is about 24-36 hours anyway for most threads. So it isn't like another E20 thread will keep you from seeing something new if you check the board once a day. Just relax and share the board.

The E20 threads have slowed down a bit. Some people just don't have patience though. Saying that you can't wait to see Punk's attire isn't going to get the proto pics out any quicker.
