I'm a Flow Team Leader (in charge of freight, merchandise) at Target. I figured if you guys had questions about how this stuff worked, I could possibly answer them. So... ask away.

I asked what the guy had in back when 1 Tatsu 2 Rey 1 Cena and 3 Sheamus were on the floor. He came back with 2 Sheamus. If he opended a new case he should have brought out all of them and there are not 5 Sheamus in a case. Any help?

At what point do they put a new order in for figures. In other words, howmany figures have to be left on the shelf for them to put in a new order or a new case

The last I read, Justin Credible was a cook at the Olive Garden, just down the highway from me in a town that's part of my toy run. I wonder if he's working in that town's Target? I go there frequently.

This guy is willing to help you guys with stock info on figs and all you do is make jokes? I work at Target as well and know all the WWE stock info and this is exactly why I am not willing to help any of you with it.

Shane actually makes over $74,000 a year in his positon... so mock all you want (here where it comes where all the guys making jokes say they make that or more, when we all know it's BS).
There usually has to be no more than four piece on hand to trigger a replenishment. Typically we get in two full cases. Right now in my Target specifically we had 3 Elite 13 and 4 Elite 14 on shelf and one case of E13 and one case of E14 in the back. There is absolutely ZERO control over what series is ordered; it's whatever the distribution center sends us.
As far as "asking for stock in the back" this is against "best practice." The reason for this is it's ran by a very strict system that categorizes stock in different ways. If an employee were to pull from the back it would mess with the system and therefore negatively effect productivity... according to the system. This is why you hear "what we have out is what we have." Team Members can get in trouble, serious trouble, if they were to pull stock from the back when there is stock on the floor; regardless of character selection. The system doesn't care; all the figures are under the same DPCI code.
I understand that is frustrating, however, don't get upset with the employees you run into. Do you have things you do at your job that isn't the best way to do it? Absolutely, if you say you don't you're kidding yourself. Just got keep in mind they do their job as they have to; the customer isn't always right according to that system.
Give them a break guys.
