Did his package have a sticker on it? The USPS is supposed to put a sticker on it when it arrives at the Post Office that will deliver it and if it has any damage on it, they sign the sticker that says the package was received on "_____" Date and was received in poor condition. Not from what i can see. Hmmm, I just don't see a package getting delivered like that without some sort of sticker or even a call from the Post Office. Not that I am saying anyone is at fault here, just something seems off.

I hate my USPS, really. On several occasions, I think 3 times now, they've walked up to my door with the "pink slip" in hand, gently knock on my door and walk away. How do I know? I've tested them. Another time it was around lunch time and I had my door open, chilling near the front to make sure it didn't happen again...around 3PM I said forget it. Check the tracking later that day and see that the mailman "attempted" to drop it off at the time I was waiting by the door. No pink slip, nothing. Went to the office and gave them my story and the lady told me that the there was nothing she could do about the guy working. F'ed up stuff USPS, f'ed up.
Anyway Joe, sorry to hear about that, I hope my package doesn't arrive fudged up like his.

This is one of the main reasons why I always ship figures (loose or MOC) in a box myself, and why I ask other people that I am buying from to do the same!

Now my wife is having issues with an item she sold. She put tracking and shipped it on the 3rd, it was out for delivery a few days later and now its going all over the country.
And to those says use a box, i have done that before and have had the same thing happen.

That's outrageous, never seen anything like it. I suggest you go to the place you sent it and complain and claim on the insurance you will have on it.

Something needs to be done with Newgistics and UPS Mail Innovations as well, their tracking is horrendous and they bounce from state to state sometimes skipping your state to their hub then driving from their hub back to your state. It is total aggravation.

That's because UPS has to take it to the USPS main hub in that area. Then USPS will sort it liker they would any mail to your area.
