The only problem with your theory is that Video Game contracts and figures contracts arent the say. Whereas someone like Billy Gunn might be signed to be used in a Video game, he's not signed to be made into a wrestling figure. I get that Mattel can't make everybody that is in the game that doesn't have a Legends contract, but they will make whoever they can from this era due to the exposure that the game will provide. Kids would be more likely to buy these characters once they have seen them in the game and it is a great way to market old product. At SDCC all the figures that were shown were from the Attitude era. You can't count Tully Blanchard or Elizabeth because we knew about those already, but look at everyone else they had on display or on the panel. Mankind, ABA Taker, Christian, HBK, and even Lawler could count to some degree (actually it looks like they tried to lump his entire career into one figure) and I honestly think this was done by design since there is a videogame to promote these figures. What is stupid is Mattel not taking advantage by signing up more guys while the product has yet to launch. I can see not signing up Honkey Tonk Man, or JYD since the market is too small for those guys, but New Age Outlaws... they need to be signed. They fall into a good market category since kids from that era are only in their early twenties.

How about "Double J" Jeff Jarrett with removable T-Shirt,Sunclasses and guitar. Very unlikely figure. He's part of TNA and Anyway WWE is not very good terms with Jarrett. They rather make Mae Young Elite than Chosen One.....

I don't know if that's true or not. We wouldn't be getting his figure regardless due to being in TNA and I don't think he will be leaving them anytime soon.
