Why was this ring only made once?

That is bargain of the century, I'd go for that given how rare they seem to be nowadays.

It's worth about 3 or 4 times the price online, worth it in that regard alone.
I'm really surprised the ESR didn't shock the world being a $60 TRU exclusive. It was on amazon and ringside too, but TRU was the only b&m place you could find it and imo was way marked up, should've been $40 or less.
Only the turnbuckle pads have prints on them, then you have the mat and apron, metal turnbuckles, and the rest was plain plastic. I just don't see where $60 asking price went into the materials.
I think the Jakks ones were a better value even if the quality wasn't all there(I bought the first RSR where the ring posts cave in) they made awesome gigantic playsets(Cell, MitB, EC).

I'd buy it if I were you. I bought mine at Big Lots only for $30

I'm about to leave to go get it. I keep flip flopping on what to do with it. On one hand I could easily sell / trade it, but on the other I could use it for my current figs setup, and just keep the legends in the Jakks Mania 2 ring... The con there is although I have an entire room dedicated to my collection, it is absolutely overstuffed as is.

If I saw those at my Big lots at that price I would buy however many they had. I have one and I think it is much better than the RCR. The turnbuckle pads are more accurate, the turnbuckles are solid metal so there is no fear of them breaking or stripping, the ringskirt is a separate part from the ring mat, the stairs have slots in them so figures can hold them, the posts better sized to the figures, and the posts are more stable and won't cave in after a while like the RSR (which mine did even though it was only on display) My only gripe is the posts not being one color all the way through. Other than that it is King, and I wish I could get my hands on another one to make into a Classic design. These didn't sell because retail didn't like the prices yet TRU has no problem selling a HitC at $70 which is only going end up being clearanced anyway.

If you set it up and then change your mind, you'll probably still make a decent profit.

Make a thread in Classifieds and try to trade it there, not in this forum.
