Hey guys. Earlier tonight I scored a RAW Entrance Stage. I figured now would be a good time to look at what Mattel has given us so far for an arena set up. Before anyone bites my head off for not posting this in the Arena Thread this is just to simply show Mattels product, and nothing more. I will be setting up an Official Arena display but this is what I got for now. It took Mattel 3 years but it was worth the wait. Just when I start getting a hate on for them because of distribution and whatnot, they pull me back in with this gem. You have to admit they are the king at making WWE Merch. Other than the outside mats this is all Mattel's. For those of you wondering... yes I added the side graphic. Credit goes to bshaffett for the prinout. I will most likely be adding more to the sides of this stage, but I love what I got going on for the moment. Here is what a Jakks ramp looks like with this Stage. I think I will mod the ramp to accomodate this since it is the stages only shortcoming IMO. I don't what more Mattel can do at this point but what I do know is that despite our grievances Mattel is #1. Jakks gave us some good stuff in their day, but Mattel simply delivers. Now, I off to my next challenge... getting an audience.

looks great. If u had a basic ring set-up....u could add the Cell.
when Elite 18 comes out...u can slap a black shirt on Lawler to fill out the commentating table.
Mattel also has tables, ladders, chairs, trash cans, stop signs u can hide under ur ring. U could make a small area to hold the titles and ring bell (where lillian and justin roberts sit).

where did u get the barricades from? if it truly is a mattel only set up, it would be multiples of the ringside battle playset.

where did u get the barricades from? One set came from the Rinside Battle playset then I was lucky enough to score a second set on ebay a week after I bought the first set.

Great set up, im starting to like the stage the more I see it. I think a customised one will look much better like yours does. The already added side panel looks much better. If I had the stage i may even attempt those hanging light bars they have down the side. Great setup so far.

I plan on doing the same, and I will be adding a feature where they catch on fire like the real ones did earlier tonight.

I'm hoping that in another few years, Mattel will be able to use small screens so we can have an actual working stage. May very well not happen, but it would be nice.

Sweet! I would love to have a set-up like that around my ESR, but can't find any ringside battle playsets for sale anywhere. Has anyone here tried the guardrail/barricade sets from wrestling superstore? Wondering if those are any good...

Looks so awesome man, reminds me of when I was young and would set up the TTL entrance stage, with the old backstage brawl out set behind it, grab countless old family vhs tapes for barriers (we all did it) slam the hardcore ring dead center with tables, ladders, chairs, and whatever other weapons I had stored underneath, Jerry and Jr in their announce table, the Espanol commentators to their right, and a bunch of former wrestlers, super heroes, GI Joes, and Thundercats as the audience. Thank you for the nostalgia and pics. Hope you enjoy your awesome set up!
