yeah well sorry if i made ya think i was attacking you like that. I just meant to say it that if you can afford to buy them all the time like that didnt mean Mattel should keep overly producing was all. Didn't mean to make offense with you or anything. The internet is hard to understand emotion cause sometimes when ya read something it could sound ignorant, sad, angry etc when i was just saying it to bring out a point.

Im not trolling you at all. All im saying is there is plenty released and un released still right now, and the newer stuff after whats out is not coming til SDCC. I said ya gotta understand because you can spend everything on figures does not mean everyone can is all. Im pretty happy with the way things are being released because its perfect to where im paying what i need and managing to catch up after a few newer series are released. If Mattel was pumping them out every single month, they would lose the line because ppl couldnt buy them everytime at the high prices there at is all. I didn't say anything offensive to you about it. I did call CDS a nerd for using the word pwned but that was all really. No need to get mad bro. Sounds like a blanket phrase slamming anyone who can afford more than you when I look at that sentence. Choose your words more carefully next time you don't want to make someone mad "bro".

Again, in your non apology, you make it abundantly clear that you think that no one has anything else in life that they have to pay for other than wrestling toys. I certainly for one don't spend "Everything" on action figures. I spend a tiny fraction of my checks on them.

Try being an elite collector who only collects one of each roster member so there is some lines where I don't need anybody from the wave. Needless to say things have been super slow for me as of late

After today when King Kong Bundy is slated to arrive, I begin the wait until NWO Macho...and after that, Rock,Deisel, and Nash backorder in late July...meh, I have a lot of other crap to catch up on between then. Lots of books to read, lot of work to do (I work a 7 day work week) so I'm cool with it. I think I'm going to look at finishing the Entrance Greats and look for the TRU exclusive IC Rock in the meantime.

Subject dropped. Just be careful with your words, please. This is the first time in 8 years that I haven't had a minimum of 2 jobs at one time, and I just get touchy at the subject.
And I will say that I agree at the shipping pace that Mattel currently has. Anything more would be ridiculous.
I also agree with op that I hate not seeing prototypes further in advance. Why drop protos only 3 times a year? I am trying hard to think of any reason not to give us a little more heads up. I know kids don't go out of their way to look up upcoming action figures and that the kids are still the biggest demographic, but why not bolster that with a strong collecting community. The only detriment to showing them early that I can think of would be if they released similar figures close together i.e. The Rock in E14 and E16. A proto pic of the E16 figure might make people skip on the E14 one. Again, though, I think that only applies to the collector demographic which is not their main audience anyway.

Bundy was a lackluster attempt for $20+$8(cheapest shipping option). My god they re-used Andre's torso!!!! Don't give MDT a hall pass on that man. Sometimes I wonder if Toy guru is the brand manager for this line too lol Anyways, I chose to miss out on Bundy, I'm not an nWo fan so Nash and upcoming Macho are a negative, really all I have to look forward to now is Arn in July (which I'll get shipped by August). Remember when we bough six figures from L6 this time last year? Just sad.

*Yawn* Been looking every day for news or hints of new sets, but I feel as if I'm going to be waiting until July for SDCC for any news. Just getting bored waiting for it, and anxious all the same. Idk what you want man.. I mean Battle Packs 16 and 17 just dropped, Basic 18, 19, and 20 are up for order, Elite 15 didn't even hit retail yet and Elite 16 is up for pre order. Legends Exclusive Bundy just dropped last Monday and Arn is coming in July. There is so much new stuff out right now I cant even get caught up on it all atm because there droppin new elite sets every few months and doing basics like every other month and same with Battle Packs. Just remember this, cause you can afford it all and don't have major bills to pay, there are a ton of collectors and ppl out there that do have a ton of bills to pay and are falling pretty far behind as is with the way things are being released. I think how there doing it now is perfect. I for one don't feel like spending all hundreds or hundreds of my hard earned dollars every month on action figures when i can spend a little here and there and still afford to make a go and get other stuff i need. Take the 2011 Mattel Collector of the Year out of your signature. That award belongs to me, not you SunglassessSteve aka HeelZiggler aka wwefan22 aka aka aka it goes on forever. You're nothing but a wanna be but your too broke to even buy a complete set. GTF out of here with your fake claims. Go tell Disney all your f*cking Ducktales.

Sometimes I wonder if Toy guru is the brand manager for this line too lol ;D To be fair I'm sure part re-use comes from the people above Toy Guru and MDT. We probably won't have news for nearly 45 days, SDCC starts on July 12. I know its a big media event but hardly anyone at SDCC even cares about WWE. On top of that we don't even get a decent exclusive. Why save news and protos for that show?

Not that these things hit retail in a timely fashion anyways so even if we were loaded with protos unless you pay RSC prices or go on mattelshop at 4am you got a few months wait to even get a whiff of them at retail.

Why do they not pull out the stops for Toyfair instead, the show that is dedicated entirely to what this product is: A TOY!

ya we wont have any news till sdcc then it'll be another long wait after we get the sdcc news till we get anything else. Remember last year mattel kept saying they were gonna hold off on any info for a "big splash" at sdcc..... that splash sucked, i hope this sdcc rocks. I wanna see a couple elite lines and some new Legend Flashbacks... not like attitude era or 2000 + flashbacks but early 90s or 80s Im a Legends Only collector so I understand the Dry Spell..... also hoping we get some 2013 online excl. legends and hopefully the line up

I have no problem with how many figure they are releasing my problem is that the good ones seem to be so hard to find at retail ( Some of you have better stores than i do) and the mattycollector and RSC ones are very expensive. I had a hard time swallowing the 14.99 price of elites and legends when I first started collecting and now elites range from 17.99 to 20.99 (and if you cant find the ones you want which is common, like elite 11 punk, elite 12 kane and have to go the online route its even more) and the online ones from Matty and RSC are around 30 bucks a pop. I was very fortunate to get alot of my collection on ebay for much less than retail, and Ive been able to find some of the ones I wanted (thank god I bought them the ONLY time Ive seen some of them) but if this trend continues with the price increases I might bow out. And this has NOTHING to do with having a tight budget either, I can afford to buy every basic and elite and legend if I want too, I just try to stick to a budget with figures.

man, i remember 7 years ago, when i stopped collecting. even 7+years ago when i was.
i had NO internet access. no idea of who was being released and in what line. i would be forced to stroll into wal mart every few days and just see what occupied the shelf space. then check the back of the cards to see who all was slated for release.
NOW, fast forward to january 2012-i start snooping around the wrestling figs site and whammo get addicted once again!
just uh.......take a break from the internets? i know its hard, i am in the grips of a terrible internet addiction myself, but i know, as long as i dont zip home right away and start lurking around sites i frequent 24/7, things kinda coast by. but usually, i end up coming home, FIRTST THING I DO is turn on my compy and then there i sit......until tomorrow....same crap different day.....stuff gets old ya know.

2010 AND 2011 C.o.T.Y? lenzeski247 is obviously a joint account belonging to Kollecting King and Terra Ryzing since that account is a 2 year in a row winner.
